Description
Claims (14)
- 電気掃除機用の分離システムであって、前記分離システムが、
サイクロン室と、中心軸線を画定する略円筒状外観を有する内壁とを有するサイクロン筒と、
塵埃含有空気を受け入れるための、前記中心軸線に対してずらされた入口流路と、
前記サイクロン筒から塵埃を吐出するための塵埃出口と、
前記サイクロン筒から空気を吐出するための空気出口と、
前記空気出口に対して前記サイクロン筒の反対側の領域における前記サイクロン筒内に配置された螺旋部材であって、前記サイクロン室内に遠心流を発生させるために前記入口流路から前記サイクロン室に前記中心軸線を中心とする螺旋状通路を画定するまたは部分的に画定する螺旋部材と
を備え、
前記螺旋状通路が略一定の断面積を有し、かつ前記螺旋状通路が前記中心軸線を中心に360°または360°未満ねじれており、前記螺旋部材が、前記中心軸線と略同心の中心片を備え、前記螺旋状通路の一部は、前記中心片の周囲に配置され、前記中心片の断面積は、前記中心軸線に沿って前記サイクロン室に向かって増加し、
前記中心片から延在し、前記中心軸線と略同心に配置され、前記サイクロン室から前記空気出口に空気を導くための管を更に備え、前記管および前記中心片が、互いに取り外し可能に接続されるかまたは一体に形成され、前記管は、前記サイクロン室から前記空気出口に空気を導くための半透過性構造を有する、
分離システム。 - 前記管が円筒形である、請求項1に記載の分離システム。
- 前記中心片は、前記サイクロン室から前記空気出口に空気を導くための半透過性構造を有しない、請求項1または2に記載の分離システム。
- 前記入口流路が湾曲部を備え、かつ前記螺旋部材および前記湾曲部が前記螺旋状通路を画定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記入口流路、前記螺旋状通路および前記塵埃出口が、略等しい断面積を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記塵埃出口は、前記螺旋部材が前記サイクロン室に開口する螺旋部材開口に前記螺旋部材により画定された螺旋状線に沿って位置決めされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記塵埃出口が、前記螺旋部材開口から前記螺旋状線のピッチの1〜2倍の距離をおいて位置決めされる、請求項6に記載の分離システム。
- 前記塵埃出口が、前記塵埃出口に隣接する前記内壁の接線方向に対してある角度をなす拡開面を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記接線方向に対する前記拡開面の前記角度が、30°〜60°、例えば40°〜50°である、請求項8に記載の分離システム。
- 前記中心片が略円錐状外観を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記中心片の直径が、前記サイクロン筒の前記内壁の内径の30%〜70%、例えば40%〜60%、例えば50%まで増加する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記螺旋部材が、前記サイクロン室に向かって連続的に減少する厚さを有する羽根部材を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の分離システム。
- 前記螺旋部材が、
前記羽根部材の下流側端部において概ね前記入口流路に面する入口面と、
前記羽根部材の前記下流側端部において概ね前記空気出口に面する出口面と
を備え、
前記入口面が、前記中心軸線と略平行な状態から前記中心軸線に対して60°〜80°、例えば70°の角度に徐々に移行し、かつ前記出口面が、前記中心軸線と略平行な状態から前記中心軸線に対して70°〜90°、例えば80°の角度に徐々に移行する、
請求項12に記載の分離システム。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の分離システムを備える電気掃除機。
