- 第1の検出対象および第2の検出対象に配置される基材と、
第1の方向の変位を検出する第1検出部と、
前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向の変位を検出する第2検出部と、
を備え、
前記第1検出部および前記第2検出部は、前記基材に配置され、
前記第1検出部は、少なくとも前記第1の検出対象に配置され、
前記第2検出部は、少なくとも前記第2の検出対象に配置され、
前記第1検出部および前記第2検出部は、前記基材の第1主面に配置され、
前記第1検出部は、一軸延伸方向を有する第1圧電フィルムを含み、
前記第2検出部は、一軸延伸方向を有する第2圧電フィルムを含み、
前記第1圧電フィルムは、平面視して長方形状を有し、
前記第2圧電フィルムは、平面視して長方形状を有し、
前記第1圧電フィルムおよび前記第2圧電フィルムは、平面視してそれぞれの長手方向が直交して配置されており、
前記第1の方向と前記第1圧電フィルムの長手方向とは、直交し、
前記第1圧電フィルムの一軸延伸方向は、前記第1圧電フィルムの長手方向に対して略45°の角度を成し、
前記第2圧電フィルムの一軸延伸方向は、前記第2圧電フィルムの長手方向に沿っている、

請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の変位検出センサ。 - 第1の検出対象および第2の検出対象に配置される基材と、
第1の方向の変位を検出する第1検出部と、
前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向の変位を検出する第2検出部と、
を備え、
前記第1検出部および前記第2検出部は、前記基材に配置され、
前記第1検出部は、少なくとも前記第1の検出対象に配置され、
前記第2検出部は、少なくとも前記第2の検出対象に配置され、
前記基材は、スリット、切欠き、凹みの少なくともいずれかが形成されている箇所を含み、
前記箇所は、前記第2検出部が配置され、かつ、前記第1検出部が配置されない部分と前記第1検出部が配置される部分との間に配置される、
