Description
シリンダ潤滑液の第1のソースと;
シリンダ潤滑液の第2のソースと;
各シリンダに設けられるシリンダ潤滑装置と;
前記シリンダ潤滑装置の出口をインジェクタに接続する供給管と;
前記シリンダ潤滑装置の入口を前記第1のソースに接続する第1の送給管と;
前記シリンダ潤滑装置の入口を前記第2のソースに接続する第2の送給管と;
前記第1の送給管に配される第1の流量制御デバイスであって、前記第1の送給管を通じた流れを許したり止めたりしうる第1の流量制御デバイスと;
前記第2の送給管に配される第2の流量制御デバイスであって、前記第2の送給管を通じた流れを許したり止めたりしうる第2の流量制御デバイスと;
を備える。
Claims (13)
- 大型2ストロークユニフロー式内燃機関の複数のシリンダライナの内面に、前記シリンダライナの周辺部に配される複数のインジェクタを介してシリンダ潤滑液を供給するシリンダ潤滑システムであって、前記複数のシリンダライナの各々は、往復ピストンが摺動可能に配されるシリンダ内部を規定し、前記シリンダ潤滑システムは:
シリンダ潤滑液の第1のソースと;
シリンダ潤滑液の第2のソースと;
前記内燃機関の前記複数のシリンダライナのそれぞれに1つ設けられるシリンダ潤滑液供給装置であって、それぞれ第1の入口及び第2の入口を有するシリンダ潤滑液供給装置と;
前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置の出口をインジェクタに接続する供給管と;
全ての前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置の前記第1の入口を前記第1のソースに接続する第1の送給管と;
全ての前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置の前記第2の入口を前記第2のソースに接続する第2の送給管と;
前記第1の送給管に配される第1の流量制御デバイスであって、全ての前記第1の入口の上流に位置し、前記第1の送給管を通じた流れを許したり止めたりしうる第1の流量制御デバイスと;
前記第2の送給管に配される第2の流量制御デバイスであって、全ての前記第2の入口の上流に位置し、前記第2の送給管を通じた流れを許したり止めたりしうる第2の流量制御デバイスと;
前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置に備えられる入口チャンバであって、前記第1の入口及び前記第2の入口に接続される入口チャンバと;
を備え、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置は更に複数のポンプ室を備え、前記複数のポンプ室は前記入口チャンバを通じて潤滑液の供給を受けるように構成され、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置は、前記第1の入口から受け取った潤滑液と前記第2の入口から受け取った潤滑液とを混合して、当該混合物を前記シリンダライナに供給するように構成される、システム。 - 前記第1の流量制御デバイスは弁であり、前記第2の流量制御デバイスも弁である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の弁又は前記第2の弁のいずれかを開けるように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の弁及び/又は前記第2の弁は電子制御弁である、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の流量制御デバイスは第1の送給ポンプであり、前記第2の流量制御デバイスは第2の送給ポンプである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の送給ポンプ及び前記第2の送給ポンプのいずれかを動作させるか、前記第1の送給ポンプ及び前記第2の送給ポンプの両方を動作させるように構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のソースは第1のタンクであり、前記第2のソースは第2のタンクである、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のタンクは少なくとも部分的に第1のシリンダ潤滑液で満たされる、請求項1から4のいずれかに従属する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシリンダ潤滑液は、自重送りにより、前記第1のタンクから前記第1の送給管を通って、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置へと送給される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のタンクは少なくとも部分的に第2のシリンダ潤滑液で満たされる、請求項8若しくは9、又は、請求項1から4のいずれかに従属する請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2のシリンダ潤滑液は、自重送りにより、前記第2のタンクから前記第2の送給管を通って、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置へと送給される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のシリンダ潤滑液の性質は、前記第2のシリンダ潤滑液の性質とは異なる、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- 前記機関は複数のシリンダを有し、各シリンダに対して前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置が個別に設けられ、前記第1の送給管は分岐して、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置の各々へと接続し、前記第2の送給管も分岐して、前記シリンダ潤滑液供給装置の各々へと接続する、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
