Claims (19)
- 患者のヘモグロビン量を判定するための装置であって、
密閉ガスボリューム(100)と、
吸口(47)を含むガス出口であり、前記吸口(47)は、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)へのガスの吸入及び前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)からのガスの放出を可能にするように構成されるガス出口と、
前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に一酸化炭素を供給する手段であって、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)の一部ではない手段と
を備え、
前記一酸化炭素を供給する手段は、一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)を含み、前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)は、前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)における前記一酸化炭素の温度を判定するためのセンサ(19)及び前記一酸化炭素の圧力を判定するためのセンサ(17)を備え、
前記一酸化炭素を供給する手段は、規定量の一酸化炭素を前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に供給するように構成され、
前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)の容量と、前記センサ(17)により判定された前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)における前記一酸化炭素の圧力と、前記センサ(19)により判定された前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)における前記一酸化炭素の温度とに基づいて前記規定量を判定するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 二酸化炭素フィルタ(51)は、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に配置され、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)から二酸化炭素を濾過して取り除くように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は酸素を供給する手段を備え、該手段は、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に酸素を供給するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記酸素を供給する手段は弾性バルーン(41)を含み、前記弾性バルーン(41)は、動作中に6リットルの最大充填容量を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性バルーン(41)の前記充填容量を判定する手段(55)を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記光学手段は、少なくともレーザ及び検出器を含み、前記レーザ及び前記検出器は、前記装置において固定して配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)の一酸化炭素含有量を検出するように構成される一酸化炭素検出器(53)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は更なるガス出口(49)を備え、前記一酸化炭素検出器は、前記更なるガス出口(49)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記一酸化炭素を供給する手段及び/又は前記酸素を供給する手段、並びに/あるいは前記ガス出口は、弁(5、13、23、25、35、37、43、45)を介して前記密閉ガスボリュームに接続され、前記弁(5、13、23、25、35、37、43、45)は、別個に調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)の前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(17)の測定誤差は、100mbarより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)の前記少なくとも1つの温度センサ(19)の測定誤差は、2℃より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は制御装置を備え、前記制御装置は、10mlより小さい測定誤差で、前記一酸化炭素貯蔵器(15)における前記一酸化炭素の量を判定することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記吸口(47)は交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記一酸化炭素を供給する手段及び/又は前記酸素を供給する手段は、一酸化炭素又は酸素を供給あるいは排出するための少なくとも1つの調整可能部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項3から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記吸口(47)及び前記二酸化炭素フィルタ(51)を除く前記装置の全ての部品は、筐体に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置を使用してヘモグロビン量を判定するための方法であって、
i)規定量の一酸化炭素を前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に供給する工程と、
ii)前記患者によるガスを前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に吸入及び放出する工程と、
iii)前記患者の前記血液中の前記一酸化炭素の量を非観血に判定する工程と、
iv)前記患者の前記血液中の前記一酸化炭素の量に基づいて前記ヘモグロビン値を判定する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記患者の前記ヘモグロビン量は、2.5%より小さい誤差で判定されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記工程i)の前に、
純酸素を前記密閉ガスボリューム(100)に供給する工程と、
前記患者が前記供給された純酸素を吸入及び放出する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の方法。 - 前記工程i)の前の前記酸素を前記吸入及び放出する工程は、第1継続時間にわたり実行され、工程ii)における前記ガスを前記吸入及び放出する工程は、第2継続時間にわたり実行され、前記第1継続時間は、0.1分から6分あり、前記第2継続時間は、1分から240分であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
