Claims (3)
- 車体と、前記車体の速度段を変更する速度段スイッチと、前記車体の前部に設けられたフロント作業機と、前記車体に自動で制動をかける自動ブレーキ装置と、前記車体の車速を検出する車速センサと、前記フロント作業機の高さを検出する姿勢検出センサと、前記車体の周囲に存在する障害物を検出する障害物検出センサと、前記障害物検出センサからの検出信号に基づいて前記自動ブレーキ装置の作動を制御するコントローラと、を備えた作業車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記姿勢検出センサから検出された前記フロント作業機の高さが所定高さより小さく、前記車速センサにて検出された車速が所定車速より小さいときで、かつ、前記障害物検出センサにて障害物を検出した場合に、前記自動ブレーキ装置の制動力を通常ブレーキ制動力とし、
前記姿勢検出センサから検出された前記フロント作業機の高さが所定高さ以上、もしくは、前記車速センサにて検出された車速が所定車速以上で、かつ、前記障害物検出センサにて障害物を検出した場合に、前記自動ブレーキ装置の制動力を第1ブレーキ制動力とし、前記第1ブレーキ制動力の最大値は、前記通常ブレーキ制動力の最大値よりも小さいことを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両において、
ステアリング角度を検出する操舵角センサをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記操舵角センサで検出されたステアリング角度が所定角度以上、前記フロント作業機の高さが前記所定高さ以上、前記車速が前記所定車速以上の条件のうち少なくとも1つの条件を満たした上で、前記障害物検出センサにて障害物を検出した場合に、前記自動ブレーキ装置の制動力を前記第1ブレーキ制動力にすることを特徴とする作業車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載の作業車両において、
前記コントローラは、前記自動ブレーキが作動してから所定時間まで、前記通常ブレーキ制動力と前記第1ブレーキ制動力とを時間とともに比例しかつ同じ制動力の値に設定し、前記第1ブレーキ制動力は前記所定時間で前記第1ブレーキ制動力の最大値にすることを特徴とする作業車両。
