Claims (8)
- プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリと前記各プーリの間に巻き掛けられた伝達要素とを有して動力源の動力を駆動輪側へ伝達する無段変速機構を備えた車両用動力伝達装置の、制御装置であって、
前記無段変速機構の実際の変速比を算出するときに用いる回転速度の検出精度が確保されていない状態であるか否かを判定する検出精度判定部と、
前記無段変速機構の実際の変速比が最ロー側変速比であるか否かを判定する最ロー判定部と、
前記無段変速機構への入力トルクが所定入力トルク以上であるか否かを判定する入力トルク判定部と、
前記無段変速機構の目標変速比を実現する、前記プライマリプーリの油圧アクチュエータによって付与される前記伝達要素を挟圧する前記プライマリプーリの推力と前記セカンダリプーリの油圧アクチュエータによって付与される前記伝達要素を挟圧する前記セカンダリプーリの推力との比である推力比を、前記無段変速機構への入力トルクに基づいて算出する変速制御部とを、含むものであり、
前記変速制御部は、前記回転速度の検出精度が確保されていない状態であると判定されるときには、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比であるか否かの判定結果、及び前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上であるか否かの判定結果に基づいて、前記プライマリプーリの推力に基づいて前記セカンダリプーリの推力を算出するときに用いる推力比であるセカンダリ推力算出用推力比、及び前記セカンダリプーリの推力に基づいて前記プライマリプーリの推力を算出するときに用いる推力比であるプライマリ推力算出用推力比を、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を基本値として設定するものであり、
前記変速制御部は、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比であると判定され、且つ、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上であると判定された場合には、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を設定すると共に、前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定することを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記変速制御部は、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比であると判定され、且つ、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上でないと判定された場合には、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定すると共に、前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比でないと判定され、且つ、前記目標変速比が前記最ロー側変速比であり、且つ、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上であると判定された場合には、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を設定すると共に、前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比でないと判定され、且つ、前記目標変速比が前記最ロー側変速比であり、且つ、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上でないと判定された場合には、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定すると共に、前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速制御部は、前記実際の変速比が前記最ロー側変速比でないと判定され、且つ、前記目標変速比が前記最ロー側変速比でない場合には、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を設定すると共に、前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比として、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比を設定することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記無段変速機構のダウンシフトが実行され易い推力比を設定することとは、前記目標変速比を実現する推力比よりも前記プライマリプーリの推力と前記セカンダリプーリの推力との差を広げる推力比を設定することであることを特徴とする請求項1、2、及び4の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両用動力伝達装置は、前記動力源の前記動力が伝達される入力回転部材と前記駆動輪へ前記動力を出力する出力回転部材との間に並列に設けられた、前記動力を前記入力回転部材から前記出力回転部材へ各々伝達することが可能な複数の動力伝達経路を備えるものであり、
前記複数の動力伝達経路は、第1係合装置の係合によって形成される、ギヤ段を有するギヤ機構を介した第1動力伝達経路と、第2係合装置の係合によって形成される、前記無段変速機構を介した第2動力伝達経路とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記入力トルク判定部は、更に、前記第2係合装置が完全係合の状態であるか否かを判定するものであり、
前記変速制御部は、前記第2係合装置が完全係合の状態であると判定された場合には、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上であるか否かの判定結果に基づく、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比及び前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比を設定する一方で、前記第2係合装置が完全係合の状態でないと判定された場合には、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上であるか否かの判定結果に拘わらず、前記入力トルクが前記所定入力トルク以上でないとの判定結果に基づく、前記セカンダリ推力算出用推力比及び前記プライマリ推力算出用推力比を設定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両用動力伝達装置の制御装置。
