なお、Fmixは混合冷媒の難燃化パラメーター、Fiは各冷媒成分の難燃化パラメーター、xiは各冷媒成分のモル分率を示す。
続した閉サイクルの冷媒回路とを備えている。冷媒はトリフルオロヨードメタン(CF3I)及びその混合冷媒とする冷凍サイクル70を構成している。密閉型電動圧縮機50内部には回転子7aが設置され、図2で示す回転子7a内部に永久磁石33が組み込まれ、図1で示す密閉型電動圧縮機50のシャフト6に固定される。
Claims (8)
- 高圧チャンバタイプの密閉容器と、前記密閉容器に収容され、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構と、前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータとを備え、
前記電動モータは、コイルを有する固定子と、永久磁石を有する回転子とを備えた圧縮機であって、
前記冷媒はトリフルオロヨードメタン(CF3I)単体、もしくは前記トリフルオロヨードメタン(CF3I)と他の冷媒を含む混合冷媒であり、
前記永久磁石の材料はNd-Fe-B系磁石に、希土類元素を含んで形成され、
前記Nd-Fe-B系磁石の粒界近傍に、前記希土類元素を集中的に分布させ、
前記圧縮機構から吐出された前記冷媒の吐出温度を検出する温度センサと、前記電動モータを制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記温度センサからの信号に基づき、前記電動モータに流れる電流が前記冷媒の吐出温度における前記永久磁石の1%減磁開始電流以下になるように、前記電動モータに供給する電流を制御することを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1において、
前記永久磁石は800kA/m以上の固有保磁力を有しているネオジウム磁石であることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1又は2において、

前記圧縮機は、前記密閉容器に収容され、前記冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機構と、前記圧縮機構を駆動する電動モータとを備え、
