Claims (8)
- 合成材料の薄膜切断ユニットであって、前記ユニットは、一方に合成材料の薄膜(30)を受ける同薄膜の位置固定のための吸引孔を有しない水平な作業テーブル(28)と、他方に円滑支持面(20)と円滑支持面(20)から突出可能な切断部材(22)とを有するシュー(16)を含む切断ヘッド(12)を備え、前記円滑支持面は、前記合成材料の薄膜(30)を切断できるように前記シュー(16)が事前定義された軌道に沿って前記作業テーブル(28)と実質的に平行に移動している間に、前記合成材料の薄膜(30)に対して適用されることを意図しており、
前記切断部材は、超音波振動子(22)とトランスデューサ(24)を備え、
前記水平な作業テーブル(28)は、水平サポート(10)の上面を前記合成材料と関連して静的摩擦係数を有するエラストマーから形成された滑り止めコーテイング(26)で被覆してなり、
前記円滑支持面(20)は、前記合成材料に関連して動的摩擦係数を有し、
前記シュー(16)が前記薄膜(30)に渡ってスライドされる際に、前記水平な作業テーブル(28)に対して固定された位置に合成材料の薄膜(30)を保持できるように、前記動的摩擦係数は前記静的摩擦係数よりも低い、
ことを特徴とする合成材料の薄膜切断ユニット。 - 前記円滑支持面(20)は、前記合成材料の薄膜(30)に対して、7000Paと18000Paとの間の圧力で押圧されるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記合成材料の薄膜(30)は、複合材料の膜であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記シュー(16)は、金属材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記切断ヘッド(12)の移動を制御する制御装置を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記制御装置は、前記切断ヘッド(12)を支持する遠隔アーム(18)を有するロボット(14)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記円滑支持面(20)は円対称であり、前記切断部材(22)は前記円滑支持面(20)の中心から突出していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の切断ユニット。
- 前記トランスデューサ(24)は、前記超音波振動子(22)を20kHzと40kHz間の周波数で振動させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の切断ユニット。
