Description
走行用の駆動装置と、
ユーザのシフト操作に基づくシフト位置を認識し、前記シフト位置と前記ユーザによるアクセル操作およびブレーキ操作および操舵操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置を認識できない所定異常が生じたときには、車両周辺情報に基づいて異常時シフト位置を設定し、前記異常時シフト位置と前記ブレーキ操作と前記操舵操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (9)
- 走行用の駆動装置と、
ユーザのシフト操作に基づくシフト位置を認識し、前記シフト位置と前記ユーザによるアクセル操作およびブレーキ操作および操舵操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備える自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置を認識できない所定異常が生じたときには、車両が停止する度に、車両周辺情報に基づいて異常時シフト位置を設定し、前記異常時シフト位置と前記ブレーキ操作と前記操舵操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときには、前記車両周辺情報として、前記車両の現在地情報、地図情報、周辺空間情報のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて前記異常時シフト位置を設定する、
自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときにおいて、車両前方が行き止まりでないときには、前進ポジションを前記異常時シフト位置に設定し、車両前方が行き止まりであるときには、後進ポジションを前記異常時シフト位置に設定する、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときにおいて、前記ブレーキ操作が行なわれていないときには、一定車速で走行するように前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。 - 請求項4記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときに前記ブレーキ操作が行なわれていないときにおいて、交差点外では、第1車速で走行するように前記駆動装置を制御し、前記交差点内では、前記第1車速よりも低い第2車速で走行するように前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときにおいて、前記アクセル操作を認識できるときには、前記異常時シフト位置と前記ブレーキ操作と前記操舵操作とに加えて前記アクセル操作にも基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし6のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記所定異常が生じたときには、前記異常時シフト位置を報知する、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置と前記アクセル操作と前記ブレーキ操作とを認識すると共に前記シフト位置と前記アクセル操作と前記ブレーキ操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置の駆動指令を生成する第1制御装置と、前記第1制御装置からの前記駆動指令に基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する第2制御装置とを有し、
前記第2制御装置は、前記ブレーキ操作を認識可能であり、前記第1制御装置に異常が生じたときに、前記所定異常が生じたとして、前記異常時シフト位置と前記ブレーキ操作に基づいて前記駆動指令を生成して前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちの何れか1つの請求項に記載の自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記シフト位置を認識する第1制御装置と、前記アクセル操作と前記ブレーキ操作とを認識すると共に前記第1制御装置からの前記シフト位置と前記アクセル操作と前記ブレーキ操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する第2制御装置とを有し、
前記第2制御装置は、前記第1制御装置から前記シフト位置を受信しないときに、前記所定異常が生じたとして、前記異常時シフト位置と前記アクセル操作と前記ブレーキ操作とに基づいて前記駆動装置を制御する、
自動車。
