Claims (13)
- 患者に外科手術を行うための器具(10)であって、
時間的に順番にずれて動かされる少なくとも2つのツール部(12、16)を含むツール(11)を備え、
前記少なくとも2つのツール部は、
前記少なくとも2つのツール部のうちの第1ツール部(12)に対する第1出力部(29)と、前記少なくとも2つのツール部のうちの第2ツール部(16)に対する第2出力部(30)とを備えるアクチュエーションギア機構(26)と、
一方が前記第1ツール部(12)に連結され、他方が前記第1出力部(29)に連結されている第1伝達手段(27)と、
一方が前記第2ツール部(16)に連結され、他方が前記第2出力部(30)に連結されている第2伝達手段(28)と、を用いて動かされ、
前記アクチュエーションギア機構(26)は、前記第1出力部(29)に連結されているカム機構(31)を備え、
前記アクチュエーションギア機構(26)は、前記第2出力部(30)に連結されているギアセグメント機構(32)を備え、
前記ギアセグメント機構(32)は、セグメントギア(37)と、前記第2出力部(30)に連結されているギアラック(40)とを備え、
前記セグメントギア(37)は、歯のない周縁領域(38)と、前記ギアラック(40)と噛合することが可能な歯が設けられた周縁領域(39)とを有し、
前記セグメントギア(37)および前記ギアラック(40)は、前記セグメントギア(37)が回転することで、前記周縁領域(39)と前記ギアラック(40)との噛合および当該噛合の解除がされるように配置される
器具。 - 前記アクチュエーションギア機構(26)は、入力側で、手動アクチュエーション部(24)に連結されている
請求項1に記載の器具。 - 前記ツール(11)は、鉗子ツール(14)に関係付けられており、前記第1ツール部(12)は、前記鉗子ツール(14)の可動分枝体(12)である
請求項1または2に記載の器具。 - 前記ツール(11)は、切断ツール(15)に関係付けられており、前記第2ツール部(16)は、メス(16)である
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記第1伝達手段(27)はプル手段であり、前記第2伝達手段(28)はプッシュ手段である
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記カム機構(31)は、少なくとも1つのカムディスク(33)と、当該カムディスク(33)に当接する少なくとも1つのカムフォロア(34)とに関係付けられており、当該カムフォロア(34)は、前記第1出力部(29)に連結されている
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記カムディスク(33)は、角度に依存せず半径(R)が一定の少なくとも1つの領域(α2)と、半径(R)が角度に依存する少なくとも1つの領域(α1)とを有する
請求項6に記載の器具。 - ばね手段(35)が、前記カム機構(31)と前記第1出力部(29)との間に配置される
請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記カム機構(31)が関係付けられている少なくとも1つのカムディスク(33)および前記ギアセグメント機構(32)が備えるセグメントギア(37)は、トルクに耐えられるように互いに連結されている
請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の器具。 - 前記セグメントギア(37)および前記カムディスク(33)は、前記ツール(11)を作動させる際、前記カムディスク(33)の半径(R)が角度に依存する少なくとも1つの領域(α1)が前記カムディスク(33)に当接する少なくとも1つのカムフォロア(34)を通り過ぎた場合にのみ、前記セグメントギア(37)が前記第2出力部に連結されているギアラック(40)と係合するよう互いに関連して配置される
