Description
(1)塩化ビニル単量体の単独重合体。狭義に、塩化ビニル樹脂(ポリ塩化ビニル)と呼ばれることがある。平均重合度は例えば900~2500程度である。
(2)塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル。
(3)塩化ビニル単量体に塩化ビニル単量体と共重合可能な他の単量体を50mol%以下の共重合比で共重合させた塩化ビニル共重合体。ここで他の単量体としては、例えば、酢酸ビニル、エチレン、塩化ビニリデン、フッ化ビニル、アクリロニトリル、スチレン、アクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸メチル等が挙げられる。
(4)前記(1)のポリ塩化ビニル、前記(2)の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル、前記(3)の塩化ビニル共重合体のいずれか2種または3種の混合物。
(5)前記(1)のポリ塩化ビニル、前記(2)の塩素化ポリ塩化ビニル、前記(3)の塩化ビニル共重合体のいずれか1種または2種以上、あるいは(4)の混合物に、さらに、他の樹脂を50質量%以下混合した混合物。ここで他の樹脂としては、例えば、アクリル系樹脂、エチレン-酢酸ビニル共重合体、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体、スチレン-ブタジエン-アクリロニトリル共重合体等が挙げられる。

Claims (7)
- 塩化ビニル系樹脂および着色剤を含む第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層と、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層に積層され、塩化ビニル系樹脂を含む、第2塩化ビニル系樹脂層と、
を備えた、真空成形用化粧シートであって、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層と前記第2塩化ビニル系樹脂層との間に、絵柄層が配置されており、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層が酸化チタン粒子を含有しないか、または、前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層の酸化チタン粒子の含有量が1質量部未満であり、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層が無機粒子を含み、前記無機粒子の少なくとも一部が炭酸カルシウム粒子であり、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層の前記第2塩化ビニル系樹脂層側の面は、前記炭酸カルシウム粒子を含有することに起因する突起部を有しており、
前記突起部の少なくとも一部が前記第2塩化ビニル系樹脂層に貫入している、
真空成形用化粧シート。 - 請求項1に記載の真空成形用化粧シートにおいて、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層は、前記無機粒子を樹脂成分に対して8質量部以上含有する、
真空成形用化粧シート。 - 請求項2に記載の真空成形用化粧シートにおいて、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層は、前記炭酸カルシウム粒子を樹脂成分に対して3質量部以上含有する、
真空成形用化粧シート。 - 請求項2又は請求項3に記載の真空成形用化粧シートにおいて、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層は、前記無機粒子を樹脂成分に対して16質量部以下含有する、
真空成形用化粧シート。 - 請求項4に記載の真空成形用化粧シートにおいて、
前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層は、前記炭酸カルシウム粒子を樹脂成分に対して11質量部以下含有する、
真空成形用化粧シート。 - 化粧材の製造方法であって、
立体形状に成形された基材、および請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の真空成形用化粧シートを準備する工程と、
前記化粧シートを加熱することによって、軟化させる工程と、
軟化させた前記化粧シートを前記基材の立体形状に減圧操作により真空吸着させる工程と、を備える、化粧材の製造方法。 - 化粧材であって、
立体形状に成形された基材と、
前記基材の立体形状に沿って接合された、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の真空成形用化粧シートと、を備え、
前記真空成形用化粧シートの前記第2塩化ビニル系樹脂層、前記絵柄層、前記真空成形用化粧シートの前記第1塩化ビニル系樹脂層、および基材が、この順番で積層されている、化粧材。
