Description
- コンクリートの第1層、特に捨てコンクリート層又はショットクリート層を基材の表面上に任意選択的に塗布する工程と;
- 上に記載されたような防水システムを、防水システムの取り付け層が基材、特にコンクリートの第1層の表面に面しており、かつ基材、特に又はコンクリートの第1層の表面に少なくとも部分的に結合されるように基材の表面上、特にコンクリートの第1層の表面上に設置する工程と;
- コンクリートの特に第2層、典型的には強化コンクリート層、特にコンクリートライニング層を、防水システムの機能層がコンクリートの特に第2層の表面に面しており、かつコンクリートの特に第2層の表面に少なくとも部分的に結合されるように防水システム上に塗布する工程と
を含む方法に関する。
図1は、取り付け層2と機能層3とを有する防水システム1であって、取り付け層2は、機能層3に完全に接合している、防水システム1の横断面を示す。そのような実施形態において、取り付け層2は、典型的には接着剤である。
それぞれバリア層と機能層とを含む実施例膜EX1及びEX2を、フラットダイと水冷カレンダーロールのセットとを含む実験室規模の押出-カレンダー装置で製造した。層は、二軸スクリュー押出機(Berstorff GmbH)で押し出した。
200mm(長さ)×50mm(幅)の寸法の3つの試料膜を、上に記載されたように製造された実施例膜EX1及びEX2のそれぞれからカットした。試料膜を、機能層が上を向き、バリア層が型枠の底部を背にする状態で、200mm(長さ)×50mm(幅)×30mm(高さ)の寸法を有する型枠中に入れた。
硬化コンクリート検体からの試料膜のコンクリート接着強度の測定は、Zwick Roell 90°-剥離デバイス(タイプ番号316237)を備えたZwick Roell AllroundLine Z010材料試験装置により、標準DIN EN 1372:2015-06に提示された手順に従って行った。
[1]少なくとも2つの異なる層を含む防水システム(1)であって、1つの層が、取り付け層(2)であり、かつ1つの他の層が、機能層(3)であり、前記2つの層が、それらの対向面の少なくとも部分上で、互いに直接又は間接的に結合されており、前記機能層(3)が、少なくとも熱可塑性ポリマーP1と少なくとも無機バインダーとを含み、前記取り付け層(2)が、接着剤及び/又は布を含む、防水システム(1)。
[2]前記取り付け層(2)と前記機能層(3)との間に配置された1つの追加のバリア層(4)を含み、前記バリア層(4)と前記取り付け層(2)とが、それらの対向面の少なくとも部分上で互いに結合されており、前記機能層(3)が、前記バリア層(4)にその表面全体にわたって一体的に結合されている、上記[1]に記載の防水システム(1)。
[3]前記布は、不織布である、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の防水システム。
[4]前記バリア層(4)は、少なくとも熱可塑性ポリマーP2を含む、上記[2]又は[3]に記載の防水システム(1)。
[5]前記熱可塑性ポリマーP1は、エチレン-酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA)、エチレン-アクリルエステルコポリマー、エチレン-α-オレフィンコポリマー、エチレン-プロピレンコポリマー、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリアミド(PA)、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン(CSPE)、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、上記[1]~[4]のいずれか一つに記載の防水システム(1)。
[6]前記熱可塑性ポリマーP2は、前記熱可塑性ポリマーP1と相溶性である、上記[4]又は[5]に記載の防水システム(1)。
[7]前記無機バインダーは、水硬性バインダー、非水硬性バインダー、潜在的水硬性バインダー、ケイ酸質混合バインダー(ポゾランバインダー)及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含む、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一つに記載の防水システム(1)。
[8]前記機能層(3)は、界面活性剤をさらに含む、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載の防水システム(1)。
[9]透水に対してシールされた建造物を製造する方法であって、
- コンクリートの第1層(5)を基材(7)の表面上に塗布する工程と;
- 上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載の防水システム(1)をコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の前記表面上に設置し、前記防水システム(1)の前記取り付け層(2)をコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の表面に面し、かつコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の前記表面に少なくとも部分的に結合するようにする工程と;
- コンクリートの第2層(6)を、前記防水システム(1)の前記機能層(3)をコンクリートの前記第2層(6)の表面に面し、かつコンクリートの前記第2層(6)の前記表面に少なくとも部分的に結合するように前記防水システム(1)上に塗布する工程と
を含む方法。
[10]コンクリートの前記第1層(5)は、捨てコンクリート層又はショットクリート層である、上記[9]に記載の方法。
[11]コンクリートの前記第2層(6)は、強化コンクリート層、特にコンクリートライニング層である、上記[9]又は[10]に記載の方法。
[12]コンクリートの少なくとも1つの層(5、6)と上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載の防水システム(1)とを含む防水構築物であって、前記取り付け層(2)又は前記機能層(3)のいずれかは、コンクリートの前記層に結合されている、防水構築物。
[13]コンクリートの前記少なくとも1つの層は、強化コンクリート層(6)であり、前記防水システム(1)の前記機能層(3)は、前記強化コンクリート層にその表面全体にわたって一体的に結合されている、上記[12]に記載の防水構築物。
[14]前記防水システム(1)に隣接して配置された捨てコンクリート層又はショットクリート層をさらに含み、前記防水システム(1)の前記取り付け層(2)は、前記捨てコンクリート層又は前記ショットクリート層に少なくとも部分的に結合されている、上記[13]に記載の防水構築物。
[15]トンネルである、上記[12]~[14]のいずれか一つに記載の防水構築物。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも2つの異なる層を含む防水システム(1)であって、1つの層が、取り付け層(2)であり、かつ1つの他の層が、機能層(3)であり、前記2つの層が、それらの対向面の少なくとも部分上で、互いに直接又は間接的に結合されており、前記機能層(3)が、少なくとも熱可塑性ポリマーP1と少なくとも無機バインダーとを含み、前記取り付け層(2)が、接着剤及び/又は布を含み、前記機能層(3)が、前記熱可塑性ポリマーP1と前記無機バインダーとを含有する組成物の均質化溶融体を成形したシート又はフィルムの形状の物品である、防水システム(1)。
- 前記機能層(3)における前記無機バインダー中の水和無機バインダーの量が、前記機能層の総重量を基準として1重量%未満である、請求項1に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記取り付け層(2)と前記機能層(3)との間に配置された1つの追加のバリア層(4)を含み、前記バリア層(4)と前記取り付け層(2)とが、それらの対向面の少なくとも部分上で互いに結合されており、前記機能層(3)が、前記バリア層(4)にその表面全体にわたって一体的に結合されている、請求項1又は2に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記布は、不織布である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム。
- 前記バリア層(4)は、少なくとも熱可塑性ポリマーP2を含む、請求項3又は4に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーP1は、エチレン-酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA)、エチレン-アクリルエステルコポリマー、エチレン-α-オレフィンコポリマー、エチレン-プロピレンコポリマー、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリアミド(PA)、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン(CSPE)、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーP2は、前記熱可塑性ポリマーP1と相溶性である、請求項5又は6に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記無機バインダーは、水硬性バインダー、非水硬性バインダー、潜在的水硬性バインダー、ポゾランバインダー及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 前記機能層(3)は、界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム(1)。
- 透水に対してシールされた建造物を製造する方法であって、
- コンクリートの第1層(5)を基材(7)の表面上に塗布する工程と;
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム(1)をコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の前記表面上に設置し、前記防水システム(1)の前記取り付け層(2)をコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の表面に面し、かつコンクリートの前記第1層(5)の前記表面に少なくとも部分的に結合するようにする工程と;
- コンクリートの第2層(6)を、前記防水システム(1)の前記機能層(3)をコンクリートの前記第2層(6)の表面に面し、かつコンクリートの前記第2層(6)の前記表面に少なくとも部分的に結合するように前記防水システム(1)上に塗布する工程と
を含む方法。 - コンクリートの前記第1層(5)は、捨てコンクリート層又はショットクリート層である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- コンクリートの前記第2層(6)は、強化コンクリート層、特にコンクリートライニング層である、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- コンクリートの少なくとも1つの層(5、6)と請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の防水システム(1)とを含む防水構築物であって、前記取り付け層(2)又は前記機能層(3)のいずれかは、コンクリートの前記層に結合されている、防水構築物。
- コンクリートの前記少なくとも1つの層は、強化コンクリート層(6)であり、前記防水システム(1)の前記機能層(3)は、前記強化コンクリート層にその表面全体にわたって一体的に結合されている、請求項13に記載の防水構築物。
- 前記防水システム(1)に隣接して配置された捨てコンクリート層又はショットクリート層をさらに含み、前記防水システム(1)の前記取り付け層(2)は、前記捨てコンクリート層又は前記ショットクリート層に少なくとも部分的に結合されている、請求項14に記載の防水構築物。
- トンネルである、請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の防水構築物。
