Description
(i) 上記したような固体触媒成分、および
(ii) アルキルアルミニウム化合物および任意選択的に、
(iii) 外部電子供与体化合物。
(i) 本開示の固体触媒成分;
(ii) アルキルアルミニウム化合物、および
(iii) 任意選択的に電子供与体化合物(外部供与体)。
2.5gのポリマー及び250mlのo-キシレンを、冷却器及び還流凝縮器を備えた丸底フラスコ中に配置し、窒素下に維持させた。得られた混合物を135℃に加熱し、約60分間攪拌下に維持した。最終溶液を連続的に攪拌しながら25℃まで冷却した後、不溶性ポリマーを濾過した。その後、濾過液を140℃の窒素気流下において蒸発させ、一定重量に到達させた。上記キシレン-可溶性画分の含有量を原料2.5グラムの百分率として表し、次に差としてX.I.%で表す。
電子供与体の含有量を、ガスクロマトグラフィにより行った。固体成分を酸性水に溶解させた。溶液を酢酸エチルで抽出し、内部標準物質を付加し、有機相のサンプルをガスクロマトグラフィにおいて分析して、出発触媒化合物に存在する供与体の量を決定した。
ポリマーのメルトフローレートMILの決定は、ISO1133(230℃、2.16Kg)に従って行った。
初期量の微小球MgCl2.2.8C2H5OHの調製をWO98/44009の実施例2中に記載の方法に従って行ったが、動作はより大規模に行った。
攪拌器、圧力計、温度計、触媒供給系、単量体供給ライン及び恒温ジャケットを備えた4リットルの鋼製オートクレーブを、70℃にて窒素流で1時間パージした。続いて、モル比20のAl/供与体および0.006÷0.010gの固体触媒成分を得るために、プロピレン流下において30℃にて75mLの無水ヘキサン、0.76gのAlEt3、外部電子供与体としてのジシクロペンチルジメトキシシラン、および0.006÷0.010gの固体触媒成分を順に供給した。オートクレーブを閉じた後、2.0NLの水素を付加した。次に、攪拌下において、1.2kgの液状プロピレンを供給した。温度を5分間において70℃まで上昇させ、この温度において重合を2時間行った。重合終了時において、未反応プロピレンを除去し;ポリマーを回収し、真空下において70℃にて3時間乾燥させた。続いて、ポリマーを秤量し、o-キシレンにより分別して、キシレン不溶性(X.I.)分画の量を決定した。
機械的攪拌器、冷却器及び温度計を備えた500cm3の丸底フラスコ中に、250cm3のTiCl4を室温にて窒素雰囲気下において導入した。0℃まで冷却させた後、表1に記載の内部供与体および10.0gの球状付加物を攪拌しつつフラスコ中に順次付加した。内部供与体の供給量は、Mg/供与体のモル比が6となるようにした。温度を100℃まで上昇させ、2時間維持した。その後、攪拌を停止し、固体生成物を沈澱させ、上清液を100℃において吸い上げた。上清液を除去した後、追加で新規のTiCl4を添加して、初期の液体体積に再び到達させた。続けて、混合物を120℃において加熱し、この温度で1時間維持させた。攪拌を再度中止し、固体を沈澱させ、上清液を吸い上げた。固体を無水ヘキサン(6x100cm3)により6回洗浄し、その際の温度勾配は60℃までとし、1回は(100cm3)において室温にて行った。次に、得られた固体を真空下で乾燥させた。このようにして得られた固体触媒成分について、上記の手順を用いてプロピレン重合において試験した。結果を表1に列挙する。
固体触媒成分1の調製の一般的手順を、表1中に内部供与体と記載している供与体を用いて行った。このようにして得られた固体触媒成分について、プロピレン重合においての試験を上記手順を用いて行った。結果を表1に列挙する。
Claims (6)
- R2は、C3-C10第一アルキル基または第一C7-C10アリールアルキル基から選択される、請求項1に記載の触媒成分。
- R3は、分岐C3-C15アルキル基またはアリールアルキル基から選択される、請求項1に記載の触媒成分。
- R3は、第一分岐C4-C10分岐アルキル基またはアリールアルキル基から選択される、請求項3に記載の触媒成分。
- オレフィン重合のための触媒であって、
(i) 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の固体触媒成分と、
(ii) アルキルアルミニウム化合物と、
の間の反応の生成物を含む、触媒。 - オレフィンCH2=CHRの(共)重合のためのプロセスであって、式中、Rは、水素または1~12個の炭素原子を含むヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、前記プロセスは、触媒系の存在下において行われ、前記触媒系は、
i. 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の固体触媒成分と、
ii. アルキルアルミニウム化合物と、
の間の反応の生成物を含む、プロセス。
