Claims (12)
- 中間回路装置(1)であって、
-少なくとも2つのコンデンサバンク(3)の直列接続を備える構造的に同一の第1及び第2の部分回路基板(2)であって、それぞれが、それぞれの場合において、正の中間回路接続、負の中間回路接続、及び中央接続を有する端子板(4)を有する部分回路基板(2)と、
前記2つの部分回路基板(2)の前記端子板(4)のそれぞれの接続部を互いに電気的に接続するための接続回路基板(10)と、を備え、
前記接続回路基板(10)は、2つの外側金属層(13)と、前記外側金属層(13)の間に配置される少なくとも2つの内側金属層(14、15)とを有する多層回路基板であり、前記外側金属層(13)はそれぞれ、前記2つの部分回路基板(2)の前記端子板(4)の対応する接続部間に電気接続を備え、
前記内側金属層の少なくとも1つの第1の金属層(14)は、前記2つの部分回路基板(2)の前記正の中間回路接続の電気接続のみを備え、前記内側金属層の少なくとも1つの第2の金属層(15)は、前記2つの部分回路基板(2)の前記負の中間回路接続の電気接続のみを備える、
中間回路装置(1)。 - 前記部分回路基板(2)は4つのコンデンサバンク(3)の直列接続を備え、それらの端子板(4)は、更に、正の半接続及び負の半接続を有し、前記外側金属層(13)は、更に、前記2つの部分回路基板(2)の前記正の半接続間及び前記負の半接続間にそれぞれの電気接続を備える、請求項1に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- 前記接続回路基板(10)は、それを介して前記接続回路基板(10)をそれぞれの場合において前記部分回路基板(2)に螺合し電気接触させることが可能な孔(11)を含む電気接触面(12)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- 前記それぞれの部分回路基板(2)への前記接続回路基板(10)のねじ接続は、前記中間回路装置(1)をハウジング内又はプリント回路基板上に保持するように更に機能する、請求項3に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- それぞれの端子板(4)は、前記2つの部分回路基板(2)のそれぞれの両側に、特に互いに水平に配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- 前記部分回路基板(2)は、更に、少なくとも1つのブリッジ回路を備え、その入力接続は前記部分回路基板の前記中間回路接続に接続される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- ケーブルラグは、それぞれの場合において、少なくとも前記正及び前記負の中間回路接続において接続ラインに螺合される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- 前記接続回路基板(10)は、互いに隣接して配置され、それを介して前記2つの部分回路基板の前記正の中間回路接続が互いに接続される複数の内側金属層(14、15)を備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の中間回路装置(1)。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の中間回路装置(1)を有するインバータ。
- 前記部分回路基板(2)はそれぞれ、少なくとも1つのブリッジ回路を備える、請求項9に記載のインバータ。
- 前記部分回路基板(2)はそれぞれ、正確に3つのブリッジ回路を備える、請求項9に記載のインバータ。
- それぞれの場合において、前記ブリッジ回路のうちの2つは、各部分回路基板(2)上の三相AC電圧出力の共通位相(L1、L2、L3)に割り当てられる、請求項11に記載のインバータ。
