Claims (12)
- この順序で構成される乗物用ペイン:
a)外側ガラスペイン(1)、
b)1つ又は複数のラミネート層(2)、
c)液晶滴(8)が埋め込まれたポリマーマトリックス(9)及びポリマーマトリックス(9)の両側それぞれの導電層(3、5)を有するPDLC層(4)、
d)1つ又は複数のラミネート層(6)、及び
e)内側ガラスペイン(7)
を有しており、
TL(内側)は、7~28%の範囲にあり、
TL(外側)は、20~73%の範囲にあり、
前記TL(外側)は、前記TL(内側)より大きく、
前記TL(内側)は、前記内側ガラスペイン(7)及び前記PDLC層(4)と前記内側ガラスペイン(7)との間の層によって形成される、内側スタックの光透過率であり、
前記TL(外側)は、前記外側ガラスペイン(1)及び前記PDLC層(4)と前記外側ガラスペイン(1)との間の層によって形成される、外側スタックの光透過率であり、
比率TL(外側)/TL(内側)が、2~3の範囲である、
乗物用ペイン。 - 保護層(11、12)がそれぞれ前記PDLC層(4)の両側に配置され、両保護層が、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート層である、請求項1に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 少なくとも2つのラミネート層(2)が、外側ガラスペイン(1)とPDLC層(4)との間に含まれ、キャリア層とその上に位置するIR反射コーティングとから構成されるIR反射層(13)が2つのラミネート層(2)の間に配置され、前記キャリア層は、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート層である、請求項1又は2に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記内側ガラスペイン(7)及び/又は前記外側ガラスペイン(1)が低E被覆を有し、好ましくは、前記内側ガラスペイン(7)のみが低E被覆を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- ラミネート層(2、6)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリウレタン、及び/又はそれらの混合物を含有し、好ましくはPVB層である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- ラミネート層(2、6)の少なくとも1つが、着色ラミネート層であり、特に着色PVB層であり、前記着色ラミネート層が、好ましくは灰色ラミネート層である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 内側ガラスペイン(7)及び/又は外側ガラスペイン(1)が、着色ガラスペインから選択され、前記着色ガラスペインが、好ましくは、灰色又は暗灰色ガラスペインである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 内側ガラスペイン(7)が、着色ガラスペインであり、外側ガラスペイン(1)が、透明ガラスペインであるか、又は内側ガラスペイン(7)が、着色ガラスペインであり、外側ガラスペイン(1)が、着色ガラスペインであり、前記着色ガラスペインが、好ましくは灰色又は暗灰色ガラスペインである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記乗物用ペインが、自動車用ペインである、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 前記乗物用ペインがスライディングルーフパネル、ガラスルーフ、リアウィンドウ、リアサイドウィンドウ、又はフロントウィンドウであり、好ましくは自動車用である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- スイッチオンモードにおける前記乗物用ペイン全体の光透過率TL(全体)が、30%以下、好ましくは20%未満、好ましくは10%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペイン。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の乗物用ペインを含む乗物であって、前記乗物は、好ましくは自動車である、乗物。
