Description
Claims (24)
- エアロゾル送達装置であって、
電気負荷に接続された電源と、
アクティブモードで動作するように構成されたマイクロプロセッサと
を備え、
電源は、並列に組み合わされた再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とを備え、再充電可能なセカンダリ電池が、再充電可能なプライマリ電池よりも低い公称電圧を有し、
アクティブモードにおいて、マイクロプロセッサが、再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とを含む電源から電気負荷に電力を導いて、エアロゾル送達装置にエアロゾル前駆体組成物からエアロゾルを生成させるように構成されている、
エアロゾル送達装置。 - エアロゾル前駆体組成物を保持するように構成された少なくとも1つのハウジングをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 加熱要素をさらに備え、マイクロプロセッサが、電源から加熱要素を含む電気負荷に電力を導いて加熱要素を制御して、エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化させ、気化させて、エアロゾルを生成させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 再充電可能なプライマリ電池が3.7から4.1ボルトの間の公称電圧を有し、再充電可能なセカンダリ電池の、より低い公称電圧が2.3ボルトである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 再充電可能なセカンダリ電池が、アノードおよびカソード、ならびに、アノードおよびカソードと接触している電解質を有し、アノードおよびカソードがそれぞれチタン酸リチウムおよびコバルト酸リチウムを含み、電解質が有機溶媒中にリチウム塩を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池との間にあり、再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とに並列に接続されたキャパシタを、電源がさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 電源が、再充電可能なセカンダリ電池と直列の組合せで接続された抵抗器をさらに備え、並列に組み合わされた再充電可能なプライマリ電池が、直列の組合せと並列に接続される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 電源が、
再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池との間にあり、再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とに並列に接続されたキャパシタと、
再充電可能なセカンダリ電池と直列の組合せで接続された抵抗器とをさらに備え、並列に組み合わされた再充電可能なプライマリ電池が、直列の組合せと並列に接続される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。 - 電源が、充電器と接続可能な端子をさらに備え、充電器から、再充電可能なプライマリ電池および再充電可能なセカンダリ電池が再充電可能である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- エアロゾル送達装置の脆弱性を示す、エアロゾル送達装置の定義されたモーションを検出するように構成されたモーションセンサをさらに備え、モーションセンサが、定義されたモーションを電気信号に変換するように構成され、
マイクロプロセッサまたはモーションセンサが、電気信号に基づいて、脆弱性と、脆弱性に関連する動作とを認識するように構成され、マイクロプロセッサが、エアロゾル送達装置の少なくとも1つの機能要素を制御して動作を実行するように構成され、脆弱性の検出に応答して動作が実行される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。 - マイクロプロセッサが少なくとも1つの機能要素を制御するように構成されていることが、電源を遮断するように構成されていることを含み、エアロゾル送達装置の脆弱性の検出に応答して電源が遮断される、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- エアロゾル前駆体組成物がグリセリンおよびニコチンを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- エアロゾル送達装置のための制御本体であって、
制御本体が、
電気負荷に接続され、並列に組み合わされた再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とを含む電源と、
再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とを含む電源から電気負荷に電力を導いて、エアロゾル送達装置にエアロゾル前駆体組成物からエアロゾルを生成させるように構成されたマイクロプロセッサと
を備え、
再充電可能なセカンダリ電池が、再充電可能なプライマリ電池よりも低い公称電圧を有する、
制御本体。 - 制御本体が、エアロゾル送達装置を形成するために、カートリッジと連結されているか、連結可能であり、カートリッジは、エアロゾル前駆体組成物を含んでいる、請求項13に記載の制御本体。
- エアロゾル送達装置が加熱要素を含み、マイクロプロセッサが、電源から加熱要素を含む電気負荷に電力を導いて加熱要素を制御して、エアロゾル前駆体組成物の構成要素をアクティブ化させ、気化させて、エアロゾルを生成させるように構成されている、請求項13に記載の制御本体。
- 再充電可能なプライマリ電池が3.7から4.1ボルトの間の公称電圧を有し、再充電可能なセカンダリ電池の、より低い公称電圧が2.3ボルトである、請求項13に記載の制御本体。
- 再充電可能なセカンダリ電池が、アノードおよびカソード、ならびに、アノードおよびカソードと接触している電解質を有し、アノードおよびカソードがそれぞれチタン酸リチウムおよびコバルト酸リチウムを含み、電解質が有機溶媒中にリチウム塩を含む、請求項13に記載の制御本体。
- 再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池との間にあり、再充電可能なプライマリ電池と再充電可能なセカンダリ電池とに並列に接続されたキャパシタを、電源がさらに備える、請求項13に記載の制御本体。

マイクロプロセッサまたはモーションセンサが、電気信号に基づいて、脆弱性と、脆弱性に関連する動作とを認識するように構成され、マイクロプロセッサが、制御本体またはエアロゾル送達装置の少なくとも1つの機能要素を制御して動作を実行するように構成され、脆弱性の検出に応答して動作が実行される、請求項13に記載の制御本体。 - マイクロプロセッサが少なくとも1つの機能要素を制御するように構成されていることが、電源を遮断するように構成されていることを含み、制御本体またはエアロゾル送達装置の脆弱性の検出に応答して電源が遮断される、請求項22に記載の制御本体。
- エアロゾル前駆体組成物がグリセリンおよびニコチンを含む、請求項13に記載の制御本体。
