Claims (14)
- 表示基板と、
前記表示基板の表示面側に設けられるフィルタ部とを備え、
前記フィルタ部は、第1カラーフィルタが設けられた第1副画素領域と、第2カラーフィルタが設けられた第2副画素領域と、第3カラーフィルタが設けられた第3副画素領域と、無色の第4副画素領域とを有し、
前記表示基板は、副画素単位で白色、黒色又は赤色を個別に切り替え可能に設けられた複数の画素を有し、
前記画素は、前記第1副画素領域と重なる第1副画素と、前記第2副画素領域と重なる第2副画素と、前記第3副画素領域と重なる第3副画素と、前記第4副画素領域と重なる第4副画素とを含み、
前記第1カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピーク及び前記第2カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピークは、第1波長と第2波長との間で緑色として認識される光のスペクトル付近にあり、
第1波長は、赤色として認識される光のスペクトルであり、
第2波長は、青色として認識される光のスペクトルであり、
前記第1カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピークは、前記第2カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピークに比して第1波長寄りであり、
前記第2カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピークは、前記第1カラーフィルタが透過させる光のスペクトルのピークに比して第2波長寄りであり、
前記第3カラーフィルタは、透過させる光のスペクトルのピークが青色のスペクトルである
