Claims (15)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むサブモジュールと、
内部に前記サブモジュールが収納され、開口部を有する下部ハウジングと、
前記下部ハウジングの開口部をカバーし、前記下部ハウジングに結合し、ガスインレットを備える第1ハウジングカバーと、
前記第1ハウジングカバーの上部から前記第1ハウジングカバーに結合して前記第1ハウジングカバーとの間にガス収容空間を形成し、ガスアウトレットを備える第2ハウジングカバーと、
前記ガス収容空間内に設けられ、前記ガス収容空間を仕切ってガス排気経路を定義することで、前記サブモジュールで発生して前記ガスインレットを通して前記ガス収容空間内へ流入するガスと共に流入する火炎の移動経路を延長する、ヒンジを活用した可変型仕切り構造と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ヒンジを活用した可変型仕切り構造は、一つ以上のヒンジ構造物と二つ以上の仕切り構造物から構成されており、
前記ヒンジ構造物は、ヒンジ軸と、前記ヒンジ軸の両端に嵌められて固定されるヒンジキャップとを含み、
前記ヒンジ軸を中心にして二つの仕切り構造物が互いに回転可能に結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記仕切り構造物の一端には、前記ヒンジ軸が貫通する貫通孔を有する第1ハンドル構造が設けられ、他端には、前記ヒンジ軸が貫通する二つの貫通孔を有する第2ハンドル構造が設けられ、
ある一つの仕切り構造物の第2ハンドル構造に、他の仕切り構造物の第1ハンドル構造が、前記貫通孔が上下整列されるように互いに組み立てられ、
前記貫通孔に前記ヒンジ軸が挿入されて互いに連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1ハウジングカバーは、下方へ凹んで形成されたカバー収容部と、
前記カバー収容部の上端の周縁から外側へ延びたカバー延長部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記下部ハウジングは、前記サブモジュールを収容するサブモジュール収容部と、前記サブモジュール収容部の上端の周縁から外側へ延びたハウジング延長部と、を前記開口部の周りに含み、前記第1ハウジングカバーのカバー延長部は前記ハウジング延長部の上に載置され、前記第1ハウジングカバーのカバー延長部の上に前記第2ハウジングカバーが当接して結合することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記下部ハウジングのハウジング延長部、前記第1ハウジングカバーのカバー延長部及び第2ハウジングカバーには、互いに上下整列される締結孔が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1ハウジングカバーと前記第2ハウジングカバーとの間に封止部材を介在して前記締結孔を貫通するボルトにナットを締結したことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1ハウジングカバーは、
前記カバー収容部の内側壁の周りに形成され、前記仕切り構造物の第1ハンドル構造または第2ハンドル構造を固定する複数の挿入溝を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1ハウジングカバーは、
前記カバー収容部に前記仕切り構造物を収納する溝が縦横の格子形態で備えられており、前記格子形態の交差部位に前記ヒンジ構造物を収納する溝が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項4から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記仕切り構造物を収納する溝の一部には前記仕切り構造物が介在され、残りには前記仕切り構造物が介在されないことで、前記火炎は前記仕切り構造物によって遮断され、前記仕切り構造物が介在されていない部分を通過することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記火炎がジグザグ状または渦状で移動するように前記仕切り構造が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガスインレット及び前記ガスアウトレットは、前記バッテリーモジュールの幅方向に沿って互いに反対側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項13に記載のバッテリーパックを一つ以上含む、自動車。
- 請求項13に記載のバッテリーパックを一つ以上含む、電力貯蔵システム。
