Description
Claims (9)
- ガスケット(16)が摺動可能に挿入されるように構成された中空状の胴体部(18)を有するシリンジ用バレル(12)であって、
前記シリンジ用バレル(12)は、ASTM-D1003に準拠した測定方法における全光線透過率が80%以上の樹脂により構成され、
前記胴体部(18)の内周面(12a)に、前記シリンジ用バレル(12)の外部から視認可能であり液量を示すための目盛(38)が設けられ、
前記目盛(38)は、患者への薬液の投与前に前記ガスケット(16)を前進させて前記シリンジ用バレル(12)内の薬液量を所定の投与量に調整するために、前記胴体部(18)の軸方向において1箇所のみに設けられており、
前記目盛(38)は、径方向に0.001~0.15mmの段差高さを有する段差構造(40A~40G)を有する、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記目盛(38)は、前記胴体部(18)の周方向に延在する環状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記目盛(38)は、前記胴体部(18)の周方向に間隔をおいて複数設けられている、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記段差構造(40A、40C、40D)は、前記内周面(12a)から径方向に突出した突起(42、50)を有する、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記段差構造(40B)は、前記内周面(12a)に対して径方向に凹んだ溝(46)を有する、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記内周面(12a)は、軸方向に延在する大径部(54)と、前記軸方向に延在し且つ前記大径部(54)よりも径の小さい小径部(56)とを有し、
前記大径部(54)と前記小径部(56)との間の径変化によって前記段差構造(40F)が構成されている、
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記目盛(38)の軸方向幅は、0.1~0.5mmに設定されている
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1に記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)において、
前記段差構造(40C、40E)は、前記胴体部(18)の前記内周面(12a)から径方向に突出した突起(42、50)を有し、
前記突起(42、50)の内周面(12a)にシボ(48)が形成されている
ことを特徴とするシリンジ用バレル(12)。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のシリンジ用バレル(12)と、
前記シリンジ用バレル(12)内に摺動可能に挿入されたガスケット(16)と、
前記ガスケット(16)を先端方向に押圧可能な押し子(26)と、
前記シリンジ用バレル(12)と前記ガスケット(16)とにより形成される液室(17)に充填された薬液(M)と、を備える、
ことを特徴とするプレフィルドシリンジ(10)。
