Description
Claims (10)
- 杭の中心を取り囲むように配置された複数の管部材と、前記複数の管部材をそれぞれ同一水平面で支持する複数のフープ筋とが締結されて形成された網構造体と、
前記網構造体が埋め込まれるように前記網構造体の周囲に形成されたコンクリート部と、
を含み、
前記管部材は、800MPa以上の降伏強度を有する金属管で形成され、
前記管部材の端部同士を連結する連結部材をさらに含み、
前記連結部材は、直列に配列された前記管部材を連結して長さ方向に延長する、地中熱交換用杭。 - 何れか1つの管部材の端部と、隣接した他の1つの管部材の端部とを連結する連結管をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記管部材の端部と前記連結管の端部とを連結する連結部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記連結部材は、管形状の本体と、前記本体の両側内周面にそれぞれ形成されたねじ締結部と、を含み、
前記管部材の端部と、前記連結管の端部には、外周面にねじ締結部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の地中熱交換用杭。 - 前記連結部材と、前記管部材の端部または前記連結管の端部との間にはシール部材が介在されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記管部材は、外周面に凹凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記凹凸部は転造加工により形成されたねじ山部であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記複数の管部材と前記複数のフープ筋は、互いに交差する交差点において針金で縛られて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記管部材は、前記コンクリート部の外周面に隣接して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
- 前記杭の外部に露出した自由端を有する2つの管部材のうち一方には、熱伝達流体を供給する流入管が連結され、他方は、熱伝達流体を排出する流出管に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の地中熱交換用杭。
