Claims (7)
- リチウム二次電池であって、
正極と、
所定の重ね合わせ方向において前記正極上に配置されるセパレータと、
前記重ね合わせ方向において前記セパレータの前記正極とは反対側に配置される負極と、
前記正極、前記負極および前記セパレータに含浸する電解液と、
前記重ね合わせ方向の両側から前記正極および前記負極を被覆し、前記正極、前記セパレータ、前記負極および前記電解液を内部に収容するシート状の外装体と、
を備え、
前記正極および前記負極のうち一方の電極は、
導電性を有するシート状の集電体と、
リチウム複合酸化物を含む板状セラミック焼結体であり、導電性接合層を介して前記集電体に接合された活物質板と、
を備え、
前記導電性接合層は、前記活物質板の前記集電体に対向する面から前記活物質板の内部に含浸しており、
前記活物質板に対する前記導電性接合層の前記重ね合わせ方向における含浸深さは、前記活物質板の厚さの5.6%以上かつ77.8%以下である。 - 請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記一方の電極が前記正極であり、
前記負極は、
導電性を有するシート状の負極集電体と、
炭素質材料またはリチウム吸蔵物質を含むとともに前記負極集電体に塗工された負極活物質層と、
を備える。 - 請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記導電性接合層は、
導電性粉末と、
樹脂および水性溶媒を含むバインダと、
を含む。 - 請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記導電性接合層に含まれる前記樹脂は、アクリル系樹脂である。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記活物質板の気孔率は、25%以上かつ45%以下である。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
シート状デバイス、または、可撓性を有するデバイスにおける電力供給源として利用される。 - 請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池であって、
前記可撓性を有するデバイスであるスマートカードにおける電力供給源として利用される。
