Description
弁座を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体に固定されたステータおよび前記ステータに対して回転駆動されるロータを有するモータと、
前記ロータの回転を減速して出力ギヤに伝達する遊星ギヤ式減速機構と、
前記弁座に対して接離するように軸線方向に移動可能となっている弁体と、
前記出力ギヤの回転移動を前記弁体の軸線方向移動に変換する送りねじ機構と、
を備えた電動弁において、
前記遊星ギヤ式減速機構は、
前記ロータに連結された太陽ギヤと、
前記太陽ギヤに噛合する遊星ギヤと、
前記遊星ギヤを回転自在に支持するキャリヤと、
前記遊星ギヤに噛合する環状のリングギヤと、
前記太陽ギヤの軸線方向端に当接する摺動部材と、
を備え、
前記出力ギヤは、前記リングギヤと異なる歯数を備え、且つ前記遊星ギヤに噛合しており、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤの素材とは異なる異種素材から形成されており、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤと前記キャリヤとの間に配置され、これら少なくとも一方に対して摺動する環状体であり、
前記遊星ギヤ式減速機構は、前記ロータと前記太陽ギヤとを連結する太陽ギヤ部材とをさらに備え、
前記リングギヤは、前記太陽ギヤ部材と対面して配置され、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤと前記キャリヤとに当接することで、前記太陽ギヤ部材の下面と前記リングギヤの上面とを離間させ、
前記リングギヤと前記太陽ギヤとを互いに離間させる付勢部材を有しない、ことを特徴とする。
ことを特徴とする。
ここで、2つの部材同士を摺動させたとき「凝着摩耗」が発生する場合、その部材が形成される素材を同種素材という。また、「異種素材」とは同種素材でない素材をいい、すなわち2つの部材同士を摺動させたとき「凝着摩耗」が発生しない場合には、一方の部材の素材に対して他方の部材の素材が異種素材に相当する。異種素材の例としては、例えば任意の素材を金属、樹脂、セラミック、ガラス等のカテゴリーに分類したとき、カテゴリー違いの素材同士が相当する。また、「軸線方向」とは、ここでは弁本体の軸線方向をいうものとする。
図1は、本実施の形態にかかる電動弁を示す全体縦断面図である。図2は、図1に示す電動弁に用いられている遊星ギヤ式減速機構を分解して示す斜視図であるが、理解しやすいように一部をカットして示している。図3は、図2に示す遊星ギヤ式減速機構の遊星ギヤとキャリヤを分解して示す斜視図である。
図5は、別な実施の形態にかかる電動弁のキャン内部の断面図である。本実施の形態においては環状体が用いられておらず、その代わりとして太陽ギヤ41のボス41aに摺動する摺動部材は、出力軸46(図5にハッチングで示す)が兼ねている。つまり、出力軸46の上端部が摺動部材として機能している。

Claims (4)
- 弁座を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体に固定されたステータおよび前記ステータに対して回転駆動されるロータを有するモータと、
前記ロータの回転を減速して出力ギヤに伝達する遊星ギヤ式減速機構と、
前記弁座に対して接離するように軸線方向に移動可能となっている弁体と、
前記出力ギヤの回転移動を前記弁体の軸線方向移動に変換する送りねじ機構と、
を備えた電動弁において、
前記遊星ギヤ式減速機構は、
前記ロータに連結された太陽ギヤと、
前記太陽ギヤに噛合する遊星ギヤと、
前記遊星ギヤを回転自在に支持するキャリヤと、
前記遊星ギヤに噛合する環状のリングギヤと、
前記太陽ギヤの軸線方向端に当接する摺動部材と、
を備え、
前記出力ギヤは、前記リングギヤと異なる歯数を備え、且つ前記遊星ギヤに噛合しており、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤの素材とは異なる異種素材から形成されており、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤと前記キャリヤとの間に配置され、これら少なくとも一方に対して摺動する環状体であり、
前記遊星ギヤ式減速機構は、前記ロータと前記太陽ギヤとを連結する太陽ギヤ部材とをさらに備え、
前記リングギヤは、前記太陽ギヤ部材と対面して配置され、
前記摺動部材は、前記太陽ギヤと前記キャリヤとに当接することで、前記太陽ギヤ部材の下面と前記リングギヤの上面とを離間させ、
前記リングギヤと前記太陽ギヤとを互いに離間させる付勢部材を有しない、
ことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記キャリヤは前記軸線方向に昇降し、
前記摺動部材は、前記キャリヤに備えられ、前記キャリヤが上昇した場合に前記太陽ギヤに当接する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記太陽ギヤの軸線方向端は、環状のボスを備え、
前記摺動部材は、前記環状のボスの素材とは異なる異種素材から形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動弁。 - 前記摺動部材は、前記環状のボスと同径のワッシャである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動弁。
