Description
Claims (11)
- ナノ構造酸化アルミニウムフィルムを製造する方法であって、
脱脂溶液を使用してアルミニウムプレートを脱脂すること、
脱脂した後、細胞毒性化学物質を含まない電解研磨溶液で前記アルミニウムプレートを電解研磨すること、
電解研磨した後、5分~20分の第1の所定の時間、陽極酸化酸溶液に前記アルミニウムプレートを浸漬して前記アルミニウムプレート上に保護フィルムを形成するために、前記アルミニウムプレートを予備陽極酸化し、次いで前記アルミニウムプレート持ち上げて部分的に陽極酸化酸溶液から出し、保護フィルムを有する前記アルミニウムプレートの第一の部分が露出され、前記アルミニウムプレートの第二の部分が陽極酸化酸溶液に浸漬されたままであるようにすること、
予備陽極酸化した後、前記アルミニウムプレートの第二の部分を、第1の所定の時間よりも長い第2の所定の時間、前記陽極酸化酸溶液で陽極酸化して、前記アルミニウムプレートの第二の部分上に陽極酸化メンブレンを形成すること、
細胞毒性化学物質を使用せずに前記陽極酸化メンブレンを前記アルミニウムプレートから分離し、前記陽極酸化メンブレンが前記アルミニウムプレートから分離され、前記アルミニウムプレートの第一の部分がインタクトなままであるようにすること、及び
前記陽極酸化メンブレンを洗浄すること、
を含み、
前記細胞毒性化学物質は、重金属、臭化物(Br 2 )、過塩素酸、及びエチレングリコールから選択される、
方法。 - 前記ナノ構造の酸化アルミニウムフィルムが1ppm未満の重金属を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウムプレートを電解研磨することが、過塩素酸及びクロム酸を含まないリン酸浴に前記アルミニウムプレートを浸すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸浴が、30重量パーセント~95重量パーセントのリン酸、及び任意に、5重量パーセント~70重量パーセントのポリエチレングリコールを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウムプレートをリン酸浴に浸すことが、15ボルト~100ボルトの電圧、30℃~50℃の温度、及び30mA/cm2~160mA/cm2の電流密度で行われる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記アルミニウムプレートを陽極酸化することが、前記アルミニウムプレートを第2の陽極酸化酸に最大24時間浸漬することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極酸化メンブレンを前記アルミニウムプレートから分離することが、可溶性メンブレン分離を実施することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記可溶性メンブレン分離を実施することが、クロム酸を含まない、6重量パーセントのリン酸溶液に前記アルミニウムプレートを浸漬することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極酸化メンブレンを前記アルミニウムプレートから分離することが、陰極メンブレン剥離を実施することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 陰極メンブレン剥離を実施することが、前記アルミニウムプレートを硝酸に浸漬することと、前記アルミニウムプレートを電圧源の負端子に接続することと、前記陽極酸化メンブレンが前記アルミニウムプレートから分離可能になるまで直流パルス列を印加することとを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極酸化メンブレンを洗浄することが、前記陽極酸化メンブレンをリン酸溶液に沈めることと、沈めながら前記陽極酸化メンブレンを超音波処理することとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
