Description
上述したように、容器に薬物を充填することができる。この薬物は、以下に列挙する薬物のうちの任意の1つ又は組合せとすることができ、ただし、以下のリストは、全てを包含するようにも限定するようにもみなされるべきではない。
Claims (28)
- 薬物送達デバイスであって、
開口部を有するハウジングと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置され、内部表面を有する壁を含む容器、及び端部表面を有するシール部材であって、前記壁の前記内部表面と前記シール部材の前記端部表面は、薬物が充填されるリザーバを画定し、前記シール部材の位置が、前記容器の前記壁の位置に対して固定されている、容器及びシール部材と、
初期位置および第2の位置を有する送達部材であって、前記初期位置では、前記送達部材の遠位端は、前記ハウジング内に配置されており、前記第2の位置では、前記送達部材の少なくとも前記遠位端が、患者への挿入のために前記開口部を通って配置される、送達部材と、
前記容器に接続された流体経路アセンブリであって、
先端を有する容器アクセス針と、
前記容器アクセス針のある長さを覆うオーバーモールド部材であって、前記オーバーモールド部材は、前記容器アクセス針を、前記先端が前記リザーバの外に配置される格納位置と、前記先端が前記シール部材の前記端部表面を通過して前記リザーバ内に延びる送達位置との間で運ぶために、前記シール部材に対して移動可能である、オーバーモールド部材と、
を含む、流体経路アセンブリと、
を含む、薬物送達デバイス。 - 前記オーバーモールド部材と前記シール部材との間に少なくとも部分的に配置された密閉空間を有し、
前記容器アクセス針が前記格納位置に配置されているとき、前記容器アクセス針の前記先端は前記密閉空間内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。 - 前記オーバーモールド部材と前記シール部材との間に少なくとも部分的に配置された密閉空間と、
前記シール部材内に形成され、前記オーバーモールド部材の基端部を受け入れる凹部と、を含み、
前記密閉空間は前記凹部内に画定される、請求項1又は2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。 - 前記凹部は前記オーバーモールド部材の前記基端部を締まり嵌め接続によって受け入れる、請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記シール部材の基端部は、前記凹部の少なくとも一部分が前記容器内に配置されるように前記容器内に延びる、請求項4に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記シール部材に取り付けられ、前記オーバーモールド部材に摩擦的に係合し、前記シール部材に対する前記オーバーモールド部材の移動を阻止するクリップ部材を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記クリップ部材は、貫通穴を画定する内部表面を有し、前記オーバーモールド部材の前記基端部は前記貫通穴を通過し、前記凹部内に延びる、請求項6に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記クリップ部材の前記内部表面はグリップ要素を画定し、前記針が前記格納位置に配置されているとき、前記グリップ要素は、前記オーバーモールド部材に形成された対応する溝内に受け入れられている、請求項6又は7に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記容器アクセス針が前記格納位置から前記送達位置に移動するように、前記オーバーモールド部材を前記シール部材に対して移動させるために、前記クリップ部材と前記オーバーモールド部材との間の摩擦力に打ち勝つ原動力を作用させるように構成されたアクチュエータを含む、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記シール部材が前記クリップ部材と前記容器との間に配置されている状態で、前記クリップ部材を前記容器に固定するために前記クリップ部材の外部表面と前記容器の前記壁の外部表面とに係合する締結具を含む、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記オーバーモールド部材と前記シール部材との間に少なくとも部分的に配置された密閉空間と、
前記シール部材に取り付けられ、前記オーバーモールド部材に摩擦的に係合し、前記シール部材に対する前記オーバーモールド部材の移動を阻止するクリップ部材と、を含み、前記クリップ部材は、貫通穴を画定する内部表面を有し、前記オーバーモールド部材の基端部は前記貫通穴内に部分的に延び、前記密閉空間は前記貫通穴内に画定される、請求項1又は2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。 - 前記オーバーモールド部材の前記基端部の周囲に配置され、前記クリップ部材の前記内部表面に密閉的に且つ摺動可能に係合するOリングを含む、請求項11に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記クリップ部材は基端部と先端部とを有し、前記基端部は取付けフランジを含み、前記取付けフランジは、前記先端部の半径方向外側に配置され、前記シール部材に係合する、請求項11又は12に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記クリップ部材の前記内部表面はグリップ要素を画定し、前記針が前記格納位置に配置されているとき、前記グリップ要素は、前記オーバーモールド部材に形成された対応する溝内に受け入れられている、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記容器アクセス針が前記格納位置から前記送達位置に移動するように、前記オーバーモールド部材を前記シール部材に対して移動させるために、前記クリップ部材と前記オーバーモールド部材との間の摩擦力に打ち勝つ原動力を作用させるように構成されたアクチュエータを含む、請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 前記シール部材が前記クリップ部材と前記容器との間に配置されている状態で、前記クリップ部材を前記容器に固定するために前記クリップ部材の外部表面と前記容器の前記壁の外部表面とに係合する締結具を含む、請求項11~15のいずれか一項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 組立方法であって、
開口部を有するハウジングを用意することと、
初期位置および第2の位置を有する送達部材を用意することであって、前記初期位置では、前記送達部材の遠位端は、前記ハウジング内に配置されており、前記第2の位置では、前記送達部材の少なくとも前記遠位端が、患者への挿入のために前記開口部を通って配置されている、送達部材を用意することと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置されるように構成された容器であって、内部表面を有する壁を有する容器と;先端を有する容器アクセス針とオーバーモールド部材とを含む流体経路アセンブリであって、前記オーバーモールド部材は、前記先端が前記オーバーモールド部材から外に突き出た状態の、前記容器アクセス針のある長さを覆う、流体経路アセンブリと、を用意することと、
シール部材の端部表面と前記容器の前記壁の前記内部表面とがリザーバを画定するように、前記容器の前記壁に形成された第1の開口部を前記シール部材で覆うことであって、前記シール部材の位置が、前記容器の前記壁の位置に対して固定されている、第1の開口部を前記シール部材で覆うことと、
を含む、組立方法。 - 前記シール部材にクリップ部材を取り付け、前記クリップ部材と前記オーバーモールド部材とを摩擦的に係合することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記クリップ部材と前記オーバーモールド部材とを摩擦的に係合することは、前記クリップ部材の内方突出グリップ要素を、前記内方突出グリップ要素が対応する溝内に受け入れられるように、前記オーバーモールド部材に形成された前記対応する溝と位置合わせすることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材に形成された凹部に前記オーバーモールド部材を挿入して、前記オーバーモールド部材と前記シール部材との間に密閉された空間を少なくとも部分的に画定することを含む、請求項17~19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材に形成された前記凹部に前記オーバーモールド部材を挿入することは、前記オーバーモールド部材と前記シール部材との間に締まり嵌め接続を形成することを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーモールド部材の末端部が貫通穴内に配置されるように、前記クリップ部材の前記貫通穴内に前記オーバーモールド部材を部分的に挿入することを含む、請求項18又は19に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーモールド部材の前記末端部の周囲に配置されたOリングが前記クリップ部材の内部表面に密閉的に係合することを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の前記リザーバに薬物を充填することを含む、請求項17~23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器の前記壁に形成された第2の開口部を通して、前記リザーバにストッパを挿入することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記シール部材が前記クリップ部材と前記容器との間に配置されている状態で、前記クリップ部材を前記容器に固定するために前記クリップ部材の外部表面と前記容器の前記壁の外部表面とに締結具を適用することを含む、請求項18または19に記載の方法。
- キャリアアセンブリによって、挿入機構と、前記容器、前記シール部材、前記クリップ部材、及び前記流体経路アセンブリの組立済み構成とを取り外し可能に接続することを含む、請求項18、19、26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアアセンブリは、前記容器の周囲に配置されたスリーブと、前記挿入機構、前記流体経路アセンブリ、及び前記クリップ部材の周囲に配置されたキャリアと、を含み、前記キャリアの端部は、前記スリーブ内に受け入れられ且つ前記スリーブに取り外し可能に接続されている、請求項27に記載の方法。
