Description
本発明は、エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の火災の拡散を防ぐためのものである。具体的には、火災が発生したバッテリラックを検出し、火災が発生したバッテリラックと隣り合うバッテリラックを強制的に放電して火災の拡散を防ごうとする。

Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリラックから構成されるエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)において、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)は、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の電力を強制的に放電する強制放電装置と、
前記複数のバッテリラックと電子装置との間の電流の経路を形成するメイン出力ラインと、
前記複数のバッテリラックと前記強制放電装置との間の電流の経路を形成する強制放電ラインと、
前記複数のバッテリラックのそれぞれを前記メイン出力ラインまたは前記強制放電ラインのうちのどちらのラインに接続するかを設定するエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)制御部と、
を備え、
前記複数のバッテリラックのそれぞれは、
前記バッテリラックの火災有無を感知する火災感知部と、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)制御部の制御を受けて前記バッテリラックを前記メイン出力ラインまたは前記強制放電ラインに接続するスイッチング部と、
を備え、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)制御部は、
前記火災感知部から火災感知信号を受信すると、前記複数のバッテリラックのうち、強制的に放電すべきバッテリラックを設定する強制放電バッテリラック設定モジュールと、
前記強制的に放電すべきバッテリラックの放電順序を設定する放電順序設定モジュールと、
を備え、
前記強制放電バッテリラック設定モジュールは、
火災が発生したバッテリラックのIDを確認し、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つであるか否かを確認し、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つである場合に前記火災が発生したバッテリラックと隣り合うバッテリラックのIDを検出して、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックと隣り合う少なくとも一つ以上のバッテリラックを放電バッテリラックに設定し、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が2つ以上である場合に前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)のすべてのバッテリラックを放電バッテリラックに設定し、
前記放電順序設定モジュールは、
前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つである場合に前記バッテリラックのIDに応じて前記放電バッテリラックに設定されたバッテリラックを順次に放電する順序を設定し、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が2つ以上である場合に前記すべてのバッテリラックを同時に放電することを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)。 - 前記スイッチング部は、
一方の端が前記メイン出力ラインに接続され、他方の端が前記バッテリラックの出力端に接続されるメイン出力制御スイッチと、
一方の端が前記強制放電ラインに接続され、他方の端がバッテリラックの出力端に接続される強制放電制御スイッチと、
を備え、
前記スイッチング部が属するバッテリラックが強制放電バッテリラックに設定される場合、前記メイン出力制御スイッチはオフになり、前記強制放電制御スイッチはオンになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)。 - 前記強制放電装置は、
所定の時間内に所定の電力容量を費やすように設定された装置であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)。 - 前記火災感知部は、
前記バッテリラックの温度及び煙の有無を感知することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)。 - 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の衝撃または振動を感知する振動感知部をさらに備え、
前記振動感知部により所定の衝撃または振動が感知される場合、前記強制放電バッテリラック設定モジュールは、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)を構成するすべてのバッテリラックを放電バッテリラックに設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)。 - 複数のバッテリラックから構成されるエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の安定化方法において、
前記複数のバッテリラックのそれぞれに対して火災有無を感知する個別バッテリラック火災感知ステップと、
前記個別バッテリラック火災感知ステップにおいて火災が感知される場合、前記複数のバッテリラックのうちの少なくとも一部を強制的に放電するバッテリラック強制放電ステップと、
を含み、
前記バッテリラック強制放電ステップは、
強制的に放電されるべきバッテリラックを設定する放電バッテリラック設定ステップと、
前記強制的に放電されるべきバッテリラックの放電順序を設定する放電順序設定ステップと、
を含み、
前記放電バッテリラック設定ステップにおいては、
火災が発生したバッテリラックのIDを確認する火災発生バッテリラックID確認ステップと、
火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つであるか否かを確認する火災発生バッテリラック数確認ステップと、
前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つである場合に、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックと隣り合うバッテリラックのIDを確認する隣接バッテリラックID確認ステップと、を行い、
前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が1つである場合に、前記火災が発生したバッテリラックと隣り合う少なくとも一つ以上のバッテリラックを放電バッテリラックに設定し、
前記火災が発生したバッテリラックの数が2つ以上である場合に、前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)のすべてのバッテリラックを放電バッテリラックに設定し、前記すべてのバッテリラックを同時に放電し、
前記放電順序設定ステップにおいては、
前記放電バッテリラックに設定されたバッテリラックのIDに応じて放電すべき順序を設定することを特徴とするエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の安定化方法。 - 前記放電順序設定ステップにおいては、前記放電バッテリラックに設定されたバッテリラックのIDまたは充電容量に応じて放電すべき順序を設定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の安定化方法。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の衝撃または振動有無を感知するエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)振動感知ステップをさらに含み、
前記バッテリラック強制放電ステップにおいては、
前記エネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)のすべてのバッテリラックを強制的に放電することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のエネルギー貯蔵システム(ESS)の安定化方法。
