Claims (17)
- 互いに隣接して並んで積層された複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれから突出した複数の電極リードとを備える電池セル組立体、及び、
前記電池セル組立体を収容するモジュールカバー
を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記モジュールカバーは、前記電池セル組立体の上面および側面をカバーし、かつ前記複数の電極リードを露出させる上側カバー部と、前記上側カバー部から露出した複数の電極リードに対応する位置で前記上側カバー部と結合して前記上側カバー部と一体に形成されるバスバーフレーム部とを含み、
前記バスバーフレーム部は前記複数の電極リードと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーを含み、
前記複数のバスバーの各々は、前記電極リードが挿入される挟み部および前記挟み部を連結して固定する固定部を含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレーム部は前記複数の電極リードが挿入される複数のスリットを含み、
前記複数のバスバーは前記複数のスリットの内部に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数のスリットは、前記上側カバー部から露出した前記電池セル組立体の下面に向かって開口されている、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル組立体は、前記電池セル組立体の周辺を囲み、前記電池セル組立体と前記上側カバー部の間に位置する絶縁パッドをさらに含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上側カバー部は、前記電池セル組立体と前記上側カバー部の間に位置するセルハウジングテープをさらに含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールカバーは、前記上側カバー部から露出した前記電池セル組立体の下面をカバーする下側プレートをさらに含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下側プレートと前記電池セル組立体の間に位置する放熱パッドをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバーフレーム部と前記上側カバー部との結合部分は溶接によって結合されている、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 互いに隣接して並んで積層された複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれから突出した複数の電極リードとを備える電池セル組立体を設ける段階、
上面および前記上面に垂直な2つの側面を含み、前記電池セル組立体を収容する空間を画定する上側カバー部を準備する段階、
前記空間の開放された両側の端部をカバーするように前記上側カバー部と2個のバスバーフレーム部を配置した後、前記上側カバー部と前記バスバーフレーム部を一体に結合してモジュールカバーを製造する段階、および
前記空間内に前記電池セル組立体を収容する段階を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記バスバーフレーム部は、前記複数の電極リードが挿入される開口を含む複数のスリットと、前記複数のスリット内に位置し、前記複数の電極リードと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーとを含み、
前記複数のバスバーの各々は、前記電極リードが挿入される挟み部および前記挟み部を連結して固定する固定部を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記空間内に前記電池セル組立体を収容する段階は前記複数の電極リードを前記複数のスリットに形成された前記開口に挿入する段階を含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記空間内に前記電池セル組立体を収容する前記段階の前に、前記電池セル組立体の外面の少なくとも一部を絶縁パッドで囲む段階をさらに含む、請求項9又は10に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記空間内に前記電池セル組立体を収容する前記段階の前に、前記上側カバー部の前記空間の内壁にセルハウジングテープを付着する段階をさらに含む、請求項9ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記空間内に前記電池セル組立体を収容する段階は、前記電池セル組立体の上面を下向きにして前記電池セル組立体を収容する段階を含み、前記電池セル組立体の前記上面の反対側にある前記電池セル組立体の下面を覆うように下側プレートを配置して前記上側カバー部と結合する段階をさらに含む、請求項9ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記下側プレートと前記電池セル組立体の前記下面との間に位置する放熱パッドを設ける段階をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記上側カバー部と前記バスバーフレーム部の結合は溶接によって行われる、請求項9ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項による少なくとも一つの電池モジュール、および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む、電池パック。 - 請求項16による少なくとも一つの電池パックを含む、デバイス。
