Description
Claims (9)
- 第1溝が形成された終端を含むシャフトと、
前記シャフトと結合するローターおよびセンシングマグネットと、
前記シャフトおよび前記センシングマグネットを結合させる結合部材と、
前記センシングマグネットの下部に配置される弾性部材と、を含み、
前記結合部材は、弾性力を有し、少なくとも一部分が前記第1溝に挿入されて結合される結合部と前記センシングマグネットを固定する収容部を含み、
前記シャフトは、前記第1溝を形成する内周面と底面を含み、前記底面は、凹んで形成された第3溝を含み、
前記弾性部材の下部側の一領域は、前記第3溝内に配置される、モーター。 - 前記結合部材の結合部は、前記収容部の下端で複数個が形成され、
前記複数個の結合部のそれぞれは、
前記収容部の端部から下方に突出するように形成された第1領域、および、
前記第1領域の下部から上方に傾斜するように折り曲げられた第2領域を含む、請求項1に記載のモーター。 - 前記結合部は、第2領域の端部から外側に折り曲げられた第3領域をさらに含み、
前記シャフトは、前記内周面で凹んで形成された第2溝を含み、
前記第3領域の端部は、前記第2溝に配置される、請求項2に記載のモーター。 - 前記結合部は、前記第1溝に圧入および結合される、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記結合部材は、円筒状の胴体を含み、
前記収容部は、
前記胴体の上端から半径方向に延びる上面部、および、
前記上面部の縁から下側に延びた側面部を含み、
前記センシングマグネットは、ドーナツ状に形成され、溝を含み、
前記胴体の一部は、前記センシングマグネットの前記溝内に配置される、請求項4に記載のモーター。 - 前記胴体の外周面は、前記センシングマグネットの内周面と接触し、
前記上面部の内面は、前記センシングマグネットの上面と接触し、
前記側面部の内面は、前記センシングマグネットの外周面と接触する、請求項5に記載のモーター。 - 前記上面部は、複数個の折り曲げ部を含み、
前記折り曲げ部の間に配置される前記上面部は、前記折り曲げ部の外側に配置される前記上面部の高さより低く、
前記センシングマグネットの上面と接触する前記上面部は、前記折り曲げ部の間に形成される、請求項6に記載のモーター。 - 前記折り曲げ部の外側に配置される前記上面部と前記センシングマグネットの上面は、互いに離隔して別途の空間が形成される、請求項7に記載のモーター。
- 前記センシングマグネットは、傾斜面を含み、
前記傾斜面は、
前記センシングマグネットの上面と内周面の境界、および、
前記センシングマグネットの下面と前記内周面の境界にそれぞれ配置される、請求項4に記載のモーター。
