Claims (9)
- コア層及びシース層を含むスチールコードであり、前記コア層は、本数nの複数のコアワイヤを含み、前記シース層は本数mの複数のシースワイヤを含み、前記スチールコードは長軸と短軸を有するフラットな断面を有し、前記フラットな断面は前記長軸の長さと前記短軸の長さの比であるフラット比を有し、前記フラット比は1.2を超え、前記スチールコードはBLコードである破断荷重を有し、前記コアワイヤと前記シースワイヤは、前記コアワイヤと前記シースワイヤが前記スチールコードから解撚されている場合、合計BLワイヤである合計破断荷重を有する、スチールコードであって、
前記nが3であり、前記mが6から12の範囲であり、
前記BLコード及び前記合計BLワイヤが次式:
BLコード/合計BLワイヤ>96%
を満たすことを特徴とするスチールコード。 - 前記BLコード及び前記合計BLワイヤが次式:
BLコード/合計BLワイヤ>97%
を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスチールコード。 - 前記スチールコードの前記フラット比が1.8未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のスチールコード。
- 前記スチールコードの前記フラット比が1.25~1.50の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のスチールコード。
- 前記複数のコアワイヤが300mmを超える撚りピッチを有し、前記複数のシースワイヤが30mm未満の撚りピッチを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスチールコード。
- 前記複数のコアワイヤと前記複数のシースワイヤが同じ撚りピッチ及び同じ撚り方向を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスチールコード。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のスチールコードを作製する方法であって、
a.コアワイヤとシースワイヤを提供するステップ;
b.前記コアワイヤの周りに前記シースワイヤを撚り、それにより実質的に丸い断面のスチールストランドを形成するステップ;
c.前記コア層と前記シース層の長さの一致を改善するために、2つのリバースプーリを次々に使用するステップ;
d.ローラストレートナによって前記スチールストランドをフラット化して、フラットな断面の前記スチールコードを形成するステップ
を含む方法。 - ゴム物品を補強するための請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のスチールコードの使用。
- ベルト層と、カーカス層と、トレッド層と、一対のビード部分とを含むタイヤであって、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のスチールコードが前記ベルト層に埋め込まれることを特徴とするタイヤ。
