Claims (2)
- 車両懸架装置用ダンパ及びばねユニットであって、
第1軸(z)に沿って延びるシリンダ(14)およびロッド(16)を有するダンパ(10)と、
前記ダンパ(10)の前記シリンダ(14)の周りに配置され、前記第1軸(z)に沿って前記シリンダ(14)に対して摺動可能なスプリングプレート(18)と、
前記スプリングプレート(18)に下部が載っているばね(12)と、
連続的かつ制御して、前記ばね(12)の下端の垂直位置を変化させ、それによって地面からの車両の高さを調整できる、前記ダンパ(10)の前記シリンダ(14)と前記スプリングプレート(18)との間に介在された電気機械式の調整装置と、を備え、
前記調整装置は、回転運動を発生させるように配置された電気モータ(22)、および前記電気モータ(22)によって生じた回転運動を前記スプリングプレート(18)の並進運動へと変換するように配置されたねじ及びナット運動変換機構(24、26)を備え、
前記運動変換機構は、前記第1軸(z)と平行かつ離隔した第2軸(z’)に沿って延びる一つの単一ねじ(24)、および前記ねじ(24)とかみ合う一つの単一ナット(26)を備え、
前記ねじ(24)、または前記ナット(26)は、前記電気モータ(22)によって前記第2軸(z’)中心に回転されるように配置され、一方、前記ナット(26)、または前記ねじ(24)はそれぞれ、前記スプリングプレート(18)とともに移動するように駆動結合され、それによって前記電気モータ(22)の動作時、前記電気モータ(22)によって前記ねじ(24)、または前記ナット(26)、に伝達された回転運動はそれぞれ、前記第2軸(z’)に沿った前記ナット(26)、または前記ねじ(24)、の並進運動に変換され、したがって前記第1軸(z)に沿った前記ダンパ(10)の前記シリンダ(14)に対する前記スプリングプレート(18)の並進運動に変換され、
前記調整装置は、前記電気モータ(22)および前記ねじ(24)、または前記ナット(26)、を支え、前記ダンパ(10)の前記シリンダ(14)と剛結合されている第1支持アーム(28)と、それぞれ前記ナット(26)、または前記ねじ(24)、を支え、前記スプリングプレート(18)と剛結合されている第2支持アーム(34)と、片端で前記第2支持アーム(34)に、他端で前記スプリングプレート(18)に剛結合され、前記第1軸(z)に沿って摺動できるように前記ダンパ(10)の前記シリンダ(14)の周りに配置されている案内スリーブ(38)と、をさらに備える、
車両懸架装置用ダンパ及びばねユニット。 - 前記調整装置は、前記電気モータ(22)と前記ねじ(24)または前記ナット(26)との間に介在された減速機構をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のダンパ及びばねユニット。
