Claims (4)
- 複数の個別燃料電池が並列に連結された燃料電池グループを少なくとも二つ含む燃料電池システムの制御システムであって、
前記個別燃料電池の出力を制御する単位レベル制御器;
前記燃料電池グループ内の個別燃料電池の性能低下率に基づいて前記燃料電池グループ内の個別燃料電池の出力配分を決定するグループレベル制御器;及び
グリッドの電力需要に応じて燃料電池システムの総出力を決定し、前記総出力に対応して個別の前記燃料電池グループの出力配分を決定する総括レベル制御器を含み、
前記グループレベル制御器は、自分と連結された単位レベル制御器に誤りが発生したか否かを周期的に判断し、同一グループに属する個別燃料電池の中で誤りが発生した単位レベル制御器の個別燃料電池に対してのみ出力を停止させることを特徴とし、
前記総括レベル制御器は、自分と連結されたグループレベル制御器に誤りが発生したか否かを周期的に判断し、ある日グループレベル制御器に誤りが発生しても前記誤りが発生したグループレベル制御器に連結された個別燃料電池を誤り発生前に最後に設定した値に設定して起動を維持させることを特徴とする、燃料電池制御システム。 - 前記単位レベル制御器は、燃料、空気、水のうち少なくとも一つの制御変数によって個別燃料電池の出力を制御し、
前記個別燃料電池の温度、圧力、流量のうち少なくとも一つの監視変数を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池制御システム。 - 前記グループレベル制御器は、前記単位レベル制御器から前記制御変数及び前記監視変数を収集し、
収集された前記制御変数及び前記監視変数を性能低下率、出力変化率及び温度変化率のうち少なくとも一つのデータとして加工し、
加工された前記データに基づいて前記個別燃料電池の出力配分を決定することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池制御システム。 - 前記総括レベル制御器に誤りが発生すると、前記総括レベル制御器の誤りにもかかわらず、各燃料電池グループのグループレベル制御器は自分の出力を誤り発生前に最後に設定した値に設定して起動を維持させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池制御システム。
