Claims (12)
- 単粒子である粉体及び層状になった粉体が接触する表面に表面処理が施された粉体接触部材であって,前記表面の山頂点の算術平均曲率Spc(1/mm)が150~400であり,前記表面の山の頂点密度Spd(個/mm2)が10000~180000であり,前記表面の二乗平均平方根傾斜Sdqが0.05~0.30であり,前記表面の算術平均高さSa(μm)が0.02~3.00であることを特徴とする粉体接触部材。
- 前記粉体接触部材が,鋼材から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体接触部材。
- 前記粉体接触部材が,セラミック材から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉体接触部材。
- 前記表面処理が,ブラスト処理であることを特徴とする請求項1~3いずれか1項記載の粉体接触部材。
- 前記表面処理が,手磨き,ラップ研磨,バフ研磨,CMP研磨,レーザー加工,エッチング,切削加工のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1~3いずれか1項記載の粉体接触部材。
- 粉体が接触する表面を備える粉体接触部材の表面処理方法であって,前記表面に表面処理を施すことにより,前記表面の山頂点の算術平均曲率Spc(1/mm)を150~400とし,前記表面の山の頂点密度Spd(個/mm2)を10000~180000とし,前記表面の二乗平均平方根傾斜Sdqを0.05~0.30とし,前記表面の算術平均高さSa(μm)を0.02~3.00とすることを特徴とする粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記表面処理が,ブラスト処理であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記ブラスト処理に使用される研磨材が,弾性材料内に砥粒を分散させて成る弾性研磨材,又は,弾性材料から成る核の表面に砥粒を付着させて成る弾性研磨材であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記ブラスト処理に使用される研磨材が,金属系の研磨材,セラミック系の研磨材のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記ブラスト処理に使用される研磨材の粒度が#30~#20000であることを特徴とする請求項7~9いずれか1項記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記ブラスト処理に使用される研磨材を噴射圧力0.01~0.5MPa,噴射距離50~150mmにおいて噴射することを特徴とする請求項7~10いずれか1項記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
- 前記表面処理が,手磨き,ラップ研磨,バフ研磨,CMP研磨,レーザー加工,エッチング,切削加工のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の粉体接触部材の表面処理方法。
