Description
前記電極発熱体の前記内部伝導体は、前記外部伝導体の表面の中央部に一体型または分離型に形成される棒形で形成され、陽(+)の電源及び陰(‐)の電源の中で他の一つの電源が印加され、
前記電極発熱体の前記外部伝導体は、前記外部伝導体の表面の中で前記内部伝導体が形成される部位の周辺に水が流入される複数の流入孔が形成され、前記第1ボディー部が収納されて第1ボディー部の外側に間隙をなすように配置される第2ボディー部;及び前記第2ボディー部の一側に突出形成され、陽(+)の電源及び陰(‐)の電源の中で他の一つの電源が印加される第2電源印加部;を含むことができる。
Claims (7)
- 電極発熱デバイスとして、
デバイスハウジング;
中央伝導体、前記中央伝導体の内側に間隙をなすように配置される内部伝導体、前記中央伝導体の外側に間隙をなすように配置される外部伝導体を含み、前記デバイスハウジングの内部に収納設置される電極発熱体;
前記デバイスハウジングの内部に収納設置され、前記電極発熱体の電極に電源を印加して前記電極発熱体の発熱動作を制御する制御ボード;
を含む電極発熱デバイス。 - 前記電極発熱体の前記中央伝導体は、
板型の第1ボディー部;及び前記第1ボディー部の一側に突出形成され、陽(+)の電源及び陰(‐)の電源のいずれか一つの電源が印加される第1電源印加部;を含み、
前記電極発熱体の前記内部伝導体は、
前記外部伝導体表面の中央部に一体型または分離型で形成される棒形で形成され、陽(+)の電源及び陰(‐)の電源の中で他の一つの電源が印加され、
前記電極発熱体の前記外部伝導体は、
前記外部伝導体の表面中、前記内部伝導体が形成される部位の周辺に水が流入される複数の流入孔が形成され、前記第1ボディー部が収納され、第1ボディー部の外側に間隙をなすように配置される第2ボディー部;及び前記第2ボディー部の一側に突出形成され、陽(+)の電源及び陰(‐)の電源の中で他の一つの電源が印加される第2電源印加部;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極発熱デバイス。 - 前記制御ボードは、
前記電極発熱体の電極に電源を印加するための電極発熱体回路部;
前記電極発熱体回路部の漏れ電流を検出する漏れ電流検出機;
前記漏れ電流の検出によって逆相リレーを作動して漏れ電流を取り除く交流相制御機;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極発熱デバイス。 - 前記デバイスハウジングは、
ハウジング底面中央の内側に前記電極発熱体を収納するための収納空間と、
前記ハウジング底面の前記収納空間を閉鎖するように設置され、プレート面に複数の水流入孔が設けられるカバープレートと、
前記ハウジング底面中、前記カバープレートの周辺に溝形態で設けられ、前記収納空間と連通する複数の連通路を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極発熱デバイス。 - 前記デバイスハウジングの側壁または底面に少なくとも一つ設置され、前記電極発熱体によって発生された熱が外部に伝わることを促進させるための対流手段;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極発熱デバイス。
- 前記制御ボードは前記対流手段の動作を制御するための駆動回路を含み、
前記対流手段は、
超音波発生器、高周波発生器、気泡発生器、エアポンプ、ウォーターポンプ、プロペラの中で少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電極発熱デバイス。 - 前記デバイスハウジングは、
全体的な形状が船模様の外観を持ち、ハウジング上部が水の上を浮遊することができる範囲の比重及び体積を持つように製作され、
前記デバイスハウジングには前記制御ボードの動作制御によって前記電極発熱体の動作状態を確認することができる視覚的インジケーターが設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極発熱デバイス。
