Description
但し、本開示のサーボモータの制御装置は、工作機械に限らず、ロボット、搬送機、計測器、試験装置、プレス機、圧入器、印刷機、ダイカストマシン、射出成型機、食品機械、包装機、溶接機、洗浄機、塗装機、組立装置、実装機、木工機械、シーリング装置、切断機など、他の産業用機械に用いられるサーボモータの駆動制御に適用しても勿論構わない。
例えば、磁極位相と計算位相のオフセット関係を複数回取得し、その内少なくとも1回分以上のオフセット関係から、新たにオフセット関係を算出するようにしてもよい。
そして、オフセットの平均値(平均化)を行えば、取得タイミングのばらつきの影響を無くして精度よく好適にオフセットを設置することが可能になる。また、正方向に移動している場合に最小値をオフセットに選び、負方向に移動している場合に最大値をオフセットに選ぶなど、最良の値を得るようにすることにより、やはり、精度よく好適にオフセットを設定することが可能になる。

Claims (2)
- 産業用機械のサーボモータを制御するための装置であって、
前記サーボモータの位置を検出し、位置データを取得する位置検出部と、
前記サーボモータの磁極位相を検出する磁極検出部と、
前記位置データと前記サーボモータの磁極間隔情報とから計算位相を求める位相計算部と、
を備え、
前記位置検出部の位相は、前記磁極検出部の位相よりも分解能が高く、
基準位置通過後に、前記磁極検出部で得られる磁極位相と前記位相計算部で得られる計算位相との間の磁極位相オフセット関係を得るように構成されており、
電流制御に用いる磁極位相は、絶対位置確立前、前記磁極検出部から取得した電源投入後積算位置を磁極間隔で除した値を用い、絶対位置確立後、前記位置検出部から取得した絶対位置を磁極間隔で除した値に磁極位相オフセットを足して得た値を用いる、
サーボモータの制御装置。 - 前記磁極位相と前記計算位相の磁極位相オフセット関係を複数回取得し、その内少なくとも1回分以上の磁極位相オフセット関係から、新たに磁極位相オフセット関係を算出する、
請求項1に記載のサーボモータの制御装置。
