Description
Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つの第1極板と少なくとも1つの第2極板とがセパレータを介して巻回された巻回型の電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する有底筒状の外装缶と、
前記外装缶の開口部を塞ぐように前記開口部に第1絶縁部材を介して取り付けられた第1極端子と、を備え、
前記第1極板は、導電材料により形成された第1芯体と、前記第1芯体上に形成された第1活物質層とを有し、前記第1芯体の前記第1極端子側の一辺部が前記第1活物質層の前記第1極端子側の一辺より導出されることで第1導出部が形成され、
前記第1導出部は、前記電極体の内周側または外周側に曲げられた第1曲げ部を含み、
前記第1曲げ部の前記第1極端子側面に第1極集電板の第1面が接触しており、前記第1極集電板の第2面に直接、または導電部材を介して前記第1極端子が接続され、
前記外装缶は、前記開口部側部分に、内周側に張り出すように形成された張り出し部を含み、
前記第1極集電板の前記第2面の外周側にリング状の第2絶縁部材が配置され、
前記第1曲げ部と前記張り出し部とで、前記第2絶縁部材及び前記第1極集電板が挟まれており、前記第1極端子は、前記第2絶縁部材の貫通穴の内側を通じて、前記第1極集電板に接続されている、
円筒形電池。 - 請求項1に記載の円筒形電池において、
前記第1極端子は、前記外装缶の前記開口部側部分が外周側から内周側にかしめられることにより、前記開口部に前記第1絶縁部材を介して取り付けられている、
円筒形電池。 - 請求項2に記載の円筒形電池において、
前記第1極端子と、前記第1極集電板の間に前記導電部材として板ばねが配置されている、
円筒形電池。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の円筒形電池において、
前記第2極板は、導電材料により形成された第2芯体と、前記第2芯体上に形成された第2活物質層とを有し、前記第2芯体の前記外装缶の底部側の一辺部が前記第2活物質層の前記底部側の一辺より導出されることで第2導出部が形成され、
前記第2導出部は、前記電極体の内周側または外周側に曲げられた第2曲げ部を含み、
前記第2曲げ部が前記底部の内面に接触している、
円筒形電池。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の円筒形電池において、
前記第2極板は、導電材料により形成された第2芯体と、前記第2芯体上に形成された第2活物質層とを有し、前記電極体の最外周面に前記第2芯体が露出しており、
前記電極体の最外周面の前記第2芯体が露出した部分が前記外装缶の筒部の内面に接触している、
円筒形電池。
