Description
エンジンと自動変速機とを備えた車両のパワートレイン装置であって、
前記自動変速機は、動力伝達経路を選択的に切り換えるための複数の摩擦締結要素を備え、
前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうちの所定の摩擦締結要素を発進時にスリップ状態を経由させてから完全に締結させるスリップ制御する発進用摩擦締結要素とするとともに、
前記エンジンと前記自動変速機との間に、少なくともエンジン始動時は解放されており、車両の発進時に前記発進用摩擦締結要素よりも先に締結される動力断接クラッチを備え、
前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうち発進変速段を形成する摩擦締結要素は、ブレーキを有し、
該ブレーキは、前記動力断接クラッチよりも先に締結される、ことを特徴とする。
前記動力断接クラッチは、エンジン始動後の前記自動変速機がニュートラル状態にある間も解放状態に維持され、走行レンジへの移行時に締結されることを特徴とする。
前記複数の摩擦締結要素は、クラッチ及びブレーキからなり、
前記発進用摩擦締結要素は、ブレーキであることを特徴とする。
前記発進用摩擦締結要素は、非締結状態で0クリアランス状態を形成するピストン付勢部材を備えていることを特徴とする。
請求項5に記載の発明は、前記請求項1から前記請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の発明において、
前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうち第2の所定の摩擦締結要素を、前記動力断接クラッチよりも後に締結され、かつ、前記発進用摩擦締結要素よりも先に締結されるクラッチとする、ことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと自動変速機とを備えた車両のパワートレイン装置であって、
前記自動変速機は、動力伝達経路を選択的に切り換えるための複数の摩擦締結要素を備え、
前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうちの所定の摩擦締結要素を発進時にスリップ状態を経由させてから完全に締結させるスリップ制御する発進用摩擦締結要素とするとともに、
前記エンジンと前記自動変速機との間に、少なくともエンジン始動時は解放されており、車両の発進時に前記発進用摩擦締結要素よりも先に締結される動力断接クラッチを備え、
前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうち発進変速段を形成する摩擦締結要素は、ブレーキを有し、
該ブレーキは、前記動力断接クラッチよりも先に締結される、ことを特徴とする車両のパワートレイン装置。 - 前記動力断接クラッチは、エンジン始動後の前記自動変速機がニュートラル状態にある間も解放状態に維持され、走行レンジへの移行時に締結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のパワートレイン装置。
- 前記複数の摩擦締結要素は、複数のクラッチ及び複数のブレーキからなり、
前記発進用摩擦締結要素は、ブレーキであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のパワートレイン装置。 - 前記発進用摩擦締結要素は、非締結状態で0クリアランス状態を形成するピストン付勢部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両のパワートレイン装置。
- 前記複数の摩擦締結要素のうち第2の所定の摩擦締結要素を、前記動力断接クラッチよりも後に締結され、かつ、前記発進用摩擦締結要素よりも先に締結されるクラッチとする、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車両のパワートレイン装置。
