Claims (8)
- 液体を電解処理する電解部と、
前記電解部を押さえる弾性体と、
前記電解部および前記弾性体が内部に配置されるハウジングと、
を備え、
前記ハウジングには、前記電解部に供給される液体が流入する流入口と、前記電解部で生成される電解液体が流出する流出口とが設けられ、
前記ハウジング又は前記弾性体の何れか一方には位置決め凸部が設けられ、他方には前記位置決め凸部が挿入されることで前記弾性体が前記ハウジングに対して位置決めされる位置決め凹部が設けられ、
前記位置決め凹部の内部には、前記位置決め凸部に向けて突出する突起が設けられている電解液体生成装置。 - 前記突起は、前記液体の流路の幅方向に向けて突出された第1突起を有する請求項1に記載の電解液体生成装置。
- 前記突起は、前記液体の流路の通液方向に向けて突出された第2突起を有する請求項1または2に記載の電解液体生成装置。
- 前記位置決め凸部および前記位置決め凹部は、前記液体の流路の通液方向に沿って複数配置され、
前記第1突起は、前記通液方向の両端側に配置された前記位置決め凹部に設けられている請求項2に記載の電解液体生成装置。 - 前記位置決め凸部および前記位置決め凹部は、前記液体の流路の通液方向に沿って複数配置され、
前記第1突起は、前記通液方向の中央部に配置された前記位置決め凹部に設けられている請求項2または4に記載の電解液体生成装置。 - 前記位置決め凸部および前記位置決め凹部は、前記通液方向に沿って複数配置され、
前記第2突起は、少なくとも1つの前記位置決め凹部に設けられている請求項3に記載の電解液体生成装置。 - 前記第2突起は、前記通液方向の両側に配置された前記位置決め凹部に設けられている請求項6に記載の電解液体生成装置。
- 前記突起は、前記液体の流路の幅方向に向けて突出された第1突起と、前記液体の流路の通液方向に向けて突出された第2突起とを有し、
前記位置決め凸部および前記位置決め凹部は、前記通液方向に沿って複数配置され、
前記第1突起と前記第2突起とは、異なる前記位置決め凹部に設けられている請求項1に記載の電解液体生成装置。
