Claims (25)
- 長手方向に延在する幹領域及び前記幹領域から横方向に延在する複数の分枝を有する可撓性回路であって、各分枝が自由遠位端及び前記幹領域に接続された近位端を有し、複数の分枝が前記幹領域の少なくとも1つの横方向側部において延在し、前記可撓性回路が内側の皮膚に面する側及び外側を有する、可撓性回路と、
前記可撓性回路の前記分枝に沿って前記可撓性回路の前記内側に配置された複数の電極要素であって、前記電極要素のそれぞれが、導電的に前記可撓性回路に接続された導体平板及び患者の皮膚に面するように配置された誘電体層を有する、複数の電極要素と、
前記可撓性回路の前記外側に配置された上部被覆層であって、前記被覆層が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝を覆い、前記分枝の間の空間に重なるような大きさであり、前記被覆層が前記分枝の間の前記空間を通して前記患者の皮膚に接着可能なように、前記被覆層がその皮膚に面する側に接着剤を有する、上部被覆層と、を含み、
前記被覆層が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝に重なる複数の指部を画定するためにスロットを設けられ、それによって前記可撓性回路の分枝が互いに対して独立に動く際に前記被覆層の前記指部が互いに対して独立に動くことができる、

- 前記可撓性回路の前記内側に配置された発泡体層をさらに含み、前記発泡体層が、前記可撓性回路の前記幹領域の少なくとも一部及び前記可撓性回路の前記分枝の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記電極要素を被覆されないままとするように構成された、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記発泡体層の皮膚に面する側に配置された皮膚レベル接着層をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電極装置。
- 前記皮膚レベル接着層が、前記可撓性回路の構成に追従する構成を有し、前記皮膚レベル接着層の分枝及び幹部分が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝の間の空間に重なるように前記可撓性回路の対応する部分よりも幅広い、請求項5に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域の長手方向端部に近い前記可撓性回路の分枝に取り付けられた電極要素よりも、前記幹領域の長手方向中央部に近い前記可撓性回路の分枝に取り付けられた電極要素の方が多い、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域が、前記長手方向に延びる際に前記横方向に動く、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域が、前記長手方向に直線状に延在する、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路の前記内側に配置された皮膚レベル接着層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記皮膚レベル接着層が、前記可撓性回路に追従する構成を有し、前記皮膚レベル接着層の分枝及び幹部分が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝の間の空間に重なるように前記可撓性回路の対応する部分よりも幅広い、請求項10に記載の電極装置。
- 前記皮膚レベル接着層が、前記可撓性回路の前記内側に直接取り付けられる、請求項10に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路が、前記幹領域の両方向から横方向に延在する複数の分枝を有する、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路のどの前記幹領域と前記分枝との交差部から延在する前記幹領域及び前記分枝の合計も3つを超えないように、前記可撓性回路が構成された、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路の全ての区画が直線状であるように、前記可撓性回路が構成された、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路上で終端する電気ケーブルをさらに含み、各分枝の遠位端に近い前記可撓性回路の区画が、前記電気ケーブルに隣接する前記可撓性回路の区画の少なくともいくつかよりも薄い、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 長手方向に延在する幹領域及び前記幹領域から横方向に延在する複数の分枝を有する可撓性回路であって、各分枝が自由遠位端及び前記幹領域に接続された近位端を有し、複数の分枝が前記幹領域の少なくとも1つの横方向側部において延在し、前記可撓性回路が内側の皮膚に面する側及び外側を有する、可撓性回路と、
前記可撓性回路の前記分枝に沿って前記可撓性回路の前記内側に配置された複数の電極要素であって、前記電極要素のそれぞれが、導電的に前記可撓性回路に接続された導体平板及び患者の皮膚に面するように配置された誘電体層を有する、複数の電極要素と、
前記可撓性回路の前記内側に配置され、前記分枝に忠実に追従するような形状とされた発泡体層であって、前記発泡体層が、前記可撓性回路の前記幹領域の少なくとも一部及び前記可撓性回路の前記分枝の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記電極要素を被覆されないままとするように構成された、発泡体層と、
前記発泡体層の、皮膚に面する側に配置された、皮膚レベル接着層と、
前記可撓性回路の前記外側に配置された上部被覆層であって、前記被覆層が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝を覆い、前記分枝の間の空間に重なるような大きさであり、前記被覆層が前記分枝の間の前記空間を通して前記患者の皮膚に接着可能なように、前記被覆層がその皮膚に面する側に接着剤を有する、上部被覆層と、を含む、
患者の皮膚に固定するように構成された電極装置。 - 複数の導電性ハイドロゲル円板をさらに含み、前記導電性ハイドロゲル円板のそれぞれが、各電極要素の皮膚に面する側に取り付けられた、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 複数のゲルバリアをさらに含み、前記ゲルバリアのそれぞれが前記ハイドロゲル円板のそれぞれ1つを取り囲む、請求項18に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域の長手方向端部に近い前記可撓性回路の分枝に取り付けられた電極要素よりも、前記幹領域の長手方向中央部に近い前記可撓性回路の分枝に取り付けられた電極要素の方が多い、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域が、前記長手方向に延びる際に横方向に動く、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 前記幹領域が、前記長手方向に直線状に延在する、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 前記被覆層が、前記可撓性回路の前記分枝に重なる複数の指部を画定するようにスロットを設けられ、前記可撓性回路の分枝が互いに対して動く際に前記被覆層の前記指部が互いに対して独立に動くことができる、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 前記可撓性回路が、前記幹領域の両方向から横方向に延在する複数の分枝を有する、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極要素が配置される領域を除いて、前記発泡体層が前記可撓性回路の表面全体を覆うように構成された、請求項17に記載の電極装置。
