Description
微粒子(A)の平均粒子径は、動的光散乱法(DLS)により測定される粒度分布における積算値50%での粒径(50%径:D50)であり、下記合成例における凝固前のラテックス溶液を測定試料として用いて、大塚電子株式会社製のダイナミック光散乱光度計「DLS-8000」を用いた光子相関法(JIS Z8826準拠)により測定した(入射光と検出器との角度90°)。
JIS K7121に準拠して示差走査熱量測定(DSC)法により、昇温速度:20℃/分にて測定した(測定温度範囲:-150℃~150℃)。
45.0gのメタクリル酸2,4,6-トリメチルヘプチル(メタクリル酸イソデシル)、0.40gのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、5.73gのドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、90.0gの水および10.0gのエタノールを混合し、1時間撹拌させることによりモノマーを乳化させ、0.54gの過硫酸カリウムを添加した。添加後、20分間の窒素バブリングを実施し、溶液を70℃で1時間撹拌し、ラテックス溶液を得た。該ラテックス溶液を撹拌しているメタノール中に投入することにより、重合体を沈殿させた。その後、ろ過により液体を除去し、真空乾燥器で70℃、1.0×103Paの条件下で乾燥することにより固形成分としての微粒子1を得た。微粒子1の平均粒子径は51nm、Tgは-40℃であった。
微粒子1の合成に用いたエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの質量を1.18gに変更した以外は、合成例1と同様の手法により微粒子2を得た。微粒子2の平均粒子径は55nm、Tgは-39℃であった。
微粒子1の合成に用いたエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの代わりに0.58gのビス(2-メタクリロイル)オキシエチルジスルフィドを用いたこと以外は、合成例1と同様の手法により微粒子3を得た。微粒子3の平均粒子径は48nm、Tgは-39℃であった。
微粒子1の合成に用いたエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの代わりに1.73gのビス(2-メタクリロイル)オキシエチルジスルフィドを用いたこと以外は、合成例1と同様の手法により微粒子4を得た。微粒子4の平均粒子径は54nm、Tgは-37℃であった。
微粒子1の合成に用いたエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの質量を0.59gに変更し、同時にビス(2-メタクリロイル)オキシエチルジスルフィドを0.86g投入した以外は、合成例1と同様の手法により微粒子5を得た。微粒子5の平均粒子径は51nm、Tgは-38℃であった。

・硫黄:細井化学工業(株)製「ゴム用粉末硫黄150メッシュ」
・加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクセラーCZ」
・2次加硫促進剤:大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクセラーD」
Claims (4)
- ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、ガラス転移点が-70℃~0℃であり、少なくとも1種の単官能モノマーを構成単位とする重合体からなる微粒子(A)を1~100質量部含み、
前記微粒子(A)が、少なくとも1種の多官能モノマーによって架橋された架橋構造を有し、前記多官能モノマーが2つ以上の硫黄原子が連続して結合したポリスルフィド結合を有し、
前記微粒子(A)が、式(1)で表されるアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単位を構成単位として有する重合体であり、該重合体を構成する全構成単位に対する式(1)で表されるアルキル(メタ)アクリレート単位のモル比が80モル%以上である、ゴム組成物。
式中、R 1 は水素原子又はメチル基であり、同一分子中のR 1 は同一でも異なっていてもよく、R 2 は炭素数4~18のアルキル基であり、同一分子中のR 2 は同一でも異なっていてもよい。 - 前記微粒子(A)の平均粒子径が、10nm~100nmである、請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ポリスルフィド結合として、ジスルフィド結合を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物を用いて作製された、空気入りタイヤ。
