Claims (2)
- バンドル化された複数の熱可塑性樹脂の延伸ファイバを備え、
前記延伸ファイバの直径が200μm以下であり、
前記複数の熱可塑性樹脂の延伸ファイバが、ポリウレタン、アクリルポリマー、及びエポキシ樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の結合材によってバンドル化されており、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が、アクリルポリマー、メタクリルポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアリレート、ポリスルフォン、及びポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種である、異方熱伝導性樹脂部材。 - 熱可塑性樹脂を延伸して延伸ファイバを作製する工程と、
複数の前記延伸ファイバを、ポリウレタン、アクリルポリマー、及びエポキシ樹脂からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の結合材によってバンドル化する工程と、を備え、
前記延伸ファイバの直径が200μm以下であり、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が、アクリルポリマー、メタクリルポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアリレート、ポリスルフォン、及びポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種である、異方熱伝導性樹脂部材の製造方法。
