Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの反射要素(3)を固定するための支持要素(2)を有する自動車用の間接後方視界システム(1)であって、
前記支持要素(2)は、調整要素(6)への位置可変の固定/取り付けのための結合領域(11)を有し、前記調整要素(6)は車両に取り付け可能であり、
前記結合領域(11)は、前記調整要素(6)の対向接触領域(8)に接触し、
前記支持要素(2)及び前記調整要素(6)上には、連動する回転防止手段(19)が存在し、
前記回転防止手段(19)は、インデックスジオメトリ(18)を形成しており、前記インデックスジオメトリは、第1動作状態において、互いに直交する2つの回転軸(25、26)の周りの前記調整要素(6)に対する前記支持要素(3)の調整を可能にし、少なくとも第2動作状態において、2つの他の回転軸(25、26)に対して直交するように整列された第3回転軸(27)の周りの前記調整要素(6)に対する前記支持要素(2)の基本位置の変更を可能にすることを特徴とする、間接後方視界システム(1)。 - 前記支持要素(2)及び前記調整要素(6)は、それらの形状、材料厚さ及び材料特性に関して、所定の限界トルクよりも大きい過トルクが存在する場合、前記第1動作状態から前記第2動作状態への移行を可能に/強制するように、互いに一致されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記調整要素(6)は、前記対向接触領域(8)を形成するクラウン接続領域(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記支持要素(2)及び前記調整要素(6)は、2つの構成要素の復元特性及び弾性係数が、過トルクが存在するときに少なくとも第2動作状態を強制的に仮定するように、連動するインデックスジオメトリ構成要素の輪郭に一致するように特に設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 第1インデックスジオメトリ構成要素が溝/スロット/縦溝(20)として設計され、第2インデックスジオメトリ構成要素が突起/リブ/隆起(21)として設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記溝/スロット/縦溝(20)は前記支持要素(2)上に存在し、前記突起(21)は前記調整要素(6)上に存在する、又はその逆であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記限界トルクは、前記支持要素(3)を前記調整要素(6)に対して安定に保つために必要とされる、前記第1動作状態で発生するトルクよりも少なくとも10%大きいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記突起/リブ/隆起部(21)は、溝/スロット/縦溝(20)に遊びなく係合していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記突起(21)は、前記溝/スロット/縦溝(20)の長手方向軸に直交する断面において、前記溝/スロット/縦溝(20)を形成している材料と線接触するように輪郭付けされた斜辺を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記突起(21)は、少なくともアクティブ領域において、円錐形の輪郭、円錐台の輪郭又は球形セグメント若しくは球形/楕円形の輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
- 前記インデックスジオメトリ(18)は、2つの構成要素から構成され、そのうちの少なくとも1つは弾性的に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の間接後方視界システム(1)。
