Description
〔1〕 下記成分(A)を0.01~5質量%、成分(B)を1~25質量%および成分(C)を70~98質量%を含有し、かつ前記成分(A)、成分(B)および成分(C)の合計量を100質量部としたときにポリエーテル基とカルボキシル基を有するポリマーを0.1~10質量部含有することを特徴とする、セラミックスグリーンシート組成物。
成分(A): 式(1)で表される化合物からなるセラミックスグリーンシート間積層ずれ抑制添加剤
Z-[O-(AO)n-H]x ・・・ (1)
(式(1)において、
Zは、炭素数1~22であって、1~6個の水酸基を有する化合物からすべての水酸基を除いた残基を示し、
xは1~6の数を示し、
AOは炭素数2~4のオキシアルキレン基を示し、
nは5~450の数を示し、
x×nは、10~450の範囲であり、
炭素数2~4の前記オキシアルキレン基AOに含まれるオキシエチレン基EOの重量割合は0~80重量%であり、
分子量は500~35,000の範囲である。)
成分(B): ポリビニルブチラール
成分(C): セラミックス粉末
本発明の積層助剤は、下記の式(1)で示されるポリエーテル化合物である。

本発明のセラミックスグリーンシート組成物は、積層助剤(成分(A))0.01~5質量%、ポリビニルブチラール(成分(B))を1~25質量%およびセラミックス粉末(成分(C))を70~98質量%を含有する。
ただし、成分(A)、成分(B)および成分(C)の合計量を100重量%とする。
ポリビニルブチラールの含有量は1~25質量%であり、好ましくは1~15質量%であり、3~10質量%が特に好ましい。
積層助剤として、表1に示す組成の積層助剤1~7および比較品1、2を使用した。表1中の積層助剤3、4のEOとPOの付加形態はランダム、積層助剤6、7のEOとPOの付加形態は、EO-POの順でブロックである。
0.5リッターポリポットにYTZ粒径2mmメディアをポット容積の50%充填し、そのポットに、表2、表3、表4に示す各組成で各材料を投入した。MASUDA UNIVERSAL BALL MILL MODEL UBM-2を用いて回転数は60rpmにて5時間攪拌した後、メディアをろ別し、セラミックス組成物スラリーを得た。
下記方法にてシート強度と、接着強度、静摩擦係数を評価した。結果を表2、表3、表4に示す。
表に記載した各グリーンシートを用いて、幅3cm×長さ10cmの試験片を作成した。各試験片について、AIKOH製MODEL9502Bを用いて引っ張り強度[N/mm2]を測定した。
結果を、下記を基準として評価した。
◎: 16.0[N/mm2]以上
○: 15.0~16.0[N/mm2]
×: 15.0[N/mm2]未満
表に記載した各グリーンシートを重ね合せ、500kg/cm2、60℃にて1分間圧着させた。圧着したグリーンシートを幅2.5cm×長さ25cmに切断し、試験片を作成した。JIS K-6854-1(はく離接着強さ試験方法)を参考にし、各試験片の一方の面を台へ固定し、もう一方の面を、AIKOH製MODEL9502Bを用いて500mm/分で引っ張ることにより接着面をはく離した。その際に要した力[N]を試験片幅で除して、接着強度(N/m)を算出した。この結果を、下記を基準として評価した。
◎: 15.0[N/m]以上
○: 10.0~15.0[N/m]
×: 10.0[N/m]未満
表に記載した各グリーンシートを用いて、シート同士の静摩擦係数と動摩擦係数を測定した。摩擦係数の測定には摩擦感テスター(機種:TL201Tt、株式会社トリニティーラボ製)を使用し、接触子がサンプルと接触する部位(正方形1cm×1cm)にグリーンシートを貼付することにより、シート間の摩擦係数を測定した。測定条件は、温度25℃、摩擦子移動速度5mm/秒、加重25g/cm2とした。この結果を、下記を基準として評価した。
◎: 10.0以上
○: 5.0~10.0
×: 5.0未満
セラミックスグリーンシートの成形1で用いたチタン酸バリウム粉末をアルミナ粉末に変えて、その他は同様にしてシート物性と接着性の評価を行った。結果を表5に示す。
比較例2は、AOに含まれるEOの重量割合が本発明の範囲を外れているため、十分な、接着強度、静摩擦係数が得られなかった。
比較例3、比較例4については、積層助剤を含有していないため、接着強度、静摩擦係数が不十分であった。
Claims (1)
- 下記成分(A)を0.01~5質量%、成分(B)を1~25質量%および成分(C)を70~98質量%を含有し、かつ前記成分(A)、成分(B)および成分(C)の合計量を100質量部としたときにポリエーテル基とカルボキシル基を有するポリマーを0.1~10質量部含有することを特徴とする、セラミックスグリーンシート組成物。
