Claims (9)
- パウチセル型のアルミニウム電池に適用されるアルミニウム電池の負極構造であって、
アルミニウム箔と、
前記アルミニウム箔上に配置されたコーティング層と、
を含み、前記コーティング層の材料が、高比表面積炭素材料を含み、前記高比表面積炭素材料の比表面積が、500m2/g~3,000m2/gの範囲であり、
前記コーティング層の厚さが、10μm~100μmの範囲であるアルミニウム電池の負極構造。 - 前記高比表面積炭素材料が、活性炭を含む請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記コーティング層の前記材料が、さらに、導電材料を含む請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記導電材料が、導電性カーボンブラック、ケッチェンブラック、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、アセチレンブラック、またはその組み合わせを含む請求項3に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記コーティング層における前記導電材料のドーピング率が、2wt%~50wt%の間である請求項3に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記コーティング層の前記材料が、さらに、結合材を含む請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記結合材が、セルロースまたはゴムを含む請求項6に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 前記コーティング層が、前記アルミニウム箔に直接コーティングされた請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電池の負極構造。
- 正極と、
