Description
Claims (10)
- 油圧式トルクコンバータであって、
入力トルクを受信するために回転軸(X)周囲に配置されるケーシング(2);
前記回転軸(X)周囲に配置され、ポンプインペラハウジング(31)、ポンプインペラコアリング(32)および複数のポンプインペラブレード(34)を含むポンプインペラ(3);
前記回転軸(X)周囲に配置され、前記ポンプインペラ(3)と軸方向に対向し、およびタービンハウジング(41)と複数のタービンブレード(43)を含むタービン(4);および
前記回転軸(X)周囲に配置されてトルクを出力するために前記タービンハウジング(41)に固定連結される出力ハブ(6);
を含み、
前記油圧式トルクコンバータは前記回転軸(X)周囲に配置されて前記ポンプインペラ(3)と前記タービン(4)の間に軸方向に介在する内部摩擦ディスク(5)をさらに含み、複数の弾性要素(7)は内部摩擦ディスク(5)に配置されて前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)とポンプインペラコアリング(32)の間に維持され、前記複数の弾性要素(7)を介してポンプインペラ(3)から内部摩擦ディスク(5)にトルクが伝達され;および
前記タービン(4)は前記タービンハウジング(41)が前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)と結合してロック連結を形成するロック位置と前記タービンハウジング(41)が前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)から分離される解除位置の間で移動可能であり、
前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)は環状形状を有し、半径方向の内側に位置する内部周辺部分(51)を含み、
前記内部周辺部分(51)は円周方向に延びる複数の弾性要素維持ウィンドウ(53)を含み、
二つの隣接する弾性要素維持ウィンドウ(53)は放射状パーティション(55)により円周方向に互いに分離され、
前記複数の弾性要素は前記複数の弾性要素維持ウィンドウ(53)と前記ポンプインペラコアリング(32)の間で軸方向に維持され、
前記ポンプインペラコアリング(32)は前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)に向かって延びる複数の駆動タブ(33)を含む、油圧式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)は半径方向の外側に位置して前記ポンプインペラ(3)と対向する第1表面(52a)および前記タービン(4)と対向する第2表面(52b)を含む外部周辺部分(52)を含み、
摩擦プレート(54)はタービンハウジング(41)とのロック連結を形成するために前記第2表面(52b)に配置される、請求項1に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。 - 第1停止ブッシュ(58)は前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)の前記外部周辺部分(52)の前記第1表面(52a)に配置され、
前記第1停止ブッシュ(58)は前記回転軸(X)周囲で環状形状を有し、前記タービン(4)がロック位置にある時前記タービン(4)を軸方向に支持するために用いられる、請求項2に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)の前記外部周辺部分(52)の前記第1表面(52a)に密封リング(56)が配置される、請求項3に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。
- 前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)には前記回転軸(X)に対して前記密封リング(56)および/または前記第1停止ブッシュ(58)をセンタリングするための複数のセンタリングボス(50)が備えられる、請求項4に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。
- 前記内部摩擦ディスク(5)の前記外部周辺部分(52)と前記内部周辺部分(51)は複数の放射状ウェブ(57)により連結され、
円周方向に延びる流体循環ウィンドウ(59)は前記隣接する放射状ウェブ(57)の間に形成される、請求項2に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記内部周辺部分(51)の前記それぞれの放射状ウェブ(57)と対応する放射状パーティション(55)は半径方向に互いに整列する、請求項6に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。
- 第2停止ブッシュ(68)は前記出力ハブ(6)と前記ケーシング(2)の間に配置され、
前記第2停止ブッシュ(68)は前記回転軸(X)周囲で環状形状を有し、前記タービン(4)が解除位置にある時出力ハブ(6)を軸方向に支持するために用いられる、請求項3に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。 - 前記第2停止ブッシュ(68)には前記タービンハウジング(41)と前記ケーシング(2)の間の空間の内部および外部に流体が流動できるように半径方向に延びる複数の流体通路(69)が備えられる、請求項8に記載の油圧式トルクコンバータ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項による油圧式トルクコンバータを含む、自動車。
