Claims (6)
- 空気と熱媒体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器(10)であって、
熱媒体の通る流路(FP1,FP2)が形成された管状の部材であって、積層方向に沿って並ぶように配置された複数のチューブ(300)と、
それぞれの前記チューブに熱媒体を供給するための容器であって、前記積層方向に沿った端部となる位置に、熱媒体の入口である開口(131)が形成されているタンク(100)と、
前記タンクの内部に配置された板状の部材であって、前記チューブの端面に当接することにより、前記チューブに流入する熱媒体の流れを一定範囲において抑制する抑制板(500)と、を備え、
前記積層方向に対して垂直な方向であって、前記チューブに沿って空気が通過する方向と平行な方向を幅方向としたときに、
それぞれの前記チューブには、前記流路が前記幅方向に沿って複数並ぶように形成されており、
前記抑制板には変形部(510,520)が設けられており、
前記抑制板が、前記開口から前記タンクの内部に挿入される際に、前記変形部が前記開口の縁に当たることにより弾性変形し、
前記抑制板が前記タンクの内部まで挿入されると、復元した前記変形部が前記タンクの内面から反力を受け、前記抑制板が、当該反力によって前記幅方向に沿って移動するように構成されており、
前記抑制板には、
前記タンクの内部において前記幅方向に沿って移動する際に、前記抑制板が傾いてしまうことを防止するためのリブ(530)が形成されている熱交換器。 - 前記変形部は、前記タンクの内面に向かって伸びる棒状の部分として形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記変形部には、
前記抑制板のうち、前記幅方向に沿った一方側の部分に設けられた第1変形部(510)と、
前記抑制板のうち、前記幅方向に沿った他方側の部分に設けられた第2変形部(520)と、が含まれており、
前記第1変形部の長さと前記第2変形部の長さとが互いに異なっている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記変形部は、前記積層方向に沿って並ぶように複数設けられている、請求項2又は3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記リブの先端には、前記タンクの内面(121)に当接する平坦面(531)が形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記リブは、前記積層方向に沿って並ぶように複数設けられている、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
