- 前記排気ガス後処理システム(10)の前記少なくとも1つの弁(9)は少なくとも1つの弁フラップ(13)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの弁フラップ(13)は重力によって閉じ、
また前記排気ガス後処理システム(10)は、重力ベクトル(29)の方向に対する前記弁(9)の空間的配向(28)を決定するための測定デバイス(33)を有する、請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)。 - 前記測定デバイス(33)は、重力ベクトル(29)に対する弁フレーム(32)の垂直方向部分(31)の現在の配向(28)の逸脱を決定するためのジャイロスコープである、請求項11に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)。
- SCR反応器(12)と、SCR反応器(12)の下流に配置される少なくとも1つの反応器出口弁(9)とを有し、少なくとも1つの反応器出口弁(38、39)が逆止弁である、請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)。
- 前記排気ガス後処理システム(10)は少なくとも2つのSCR反応器(12)を有し、少なくとも1つの反応器入口弁(40、41)及び/又は少なくとも1つの反応器出口弁(38、39)が流量制御弁(39)である、請求項13に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)を有する、排気ガスのためのシリンダ出口(30)を備える少なくとも1つのシリンダ(21)を有する燃焼エンジン(20)、すなわち、少なくとも200mmの内径を有する少なくとも1つのシリンダ(21)を備える大型船舶エンジン。
- 請求項15に記載の燃焼エンジン(20)であって、前記燃焼エンジン(20)は、排気ガスのためのシリンダ出口(30)を備える少なくとも1つのシリンダ(21)を有し、前記排気ガス後処理システム(10)はSCR反応器(12)を有し、前記燃焼エンジン(20)は少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)は前記SCR反応器(12)の上流及び/又は下流に配置され、前記燃焼エンジン(20)は、前記弁(9;46)の開放度を測定するための測定デバイス(14)を有し、前記燃焼エンジン(20)は還元剤のための投与ユニット(19)を有し、前記燃焼エンジン(20)は、前記開放度に基づいて還元剤の量を決定する制御ユニット(24)を有する、燃焼エンジン(20)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弁(46)が掃気レシーバ(44)内に配置される、請求項16に記載の燃焼エンジン(20)。
- 請求項15に記載の燃焼エンジン(20)内でのNOx排出物を還元するため方法であって、
排気ガス入口(22)内に噴射される還元剤の量が調整パラメータによって決定され、前記調整パラメータは少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)の開放度の測定から導出され、また前記少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)はSCR反応器(12)の上流及び/又は下流に配置されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 温度及び圧力が測定され、排気ガスの質量流量が、前記温度、前記圧力、及び前記少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)の前記開放度に基づいて決定される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 消費燃料の質量流量が決定され、前記排気ガスの前記質量流量が、前記消費燃料の前記質量流量に基づいて、また前記少なくとも1つの弁(9;46)の前記開放度に基づいて決定され、前記弁(9)は掃気レシーバ(44)内に配置される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記弁(9;46)は弁フラップ(13)を有し、重力ベクトル(29)に対する現在の弁の配向(28)の逸脱が測定され、また前記排気ガスの前記質量流量の決定が前記逸脱によって補正される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 排気ガスの質量流量を決定するための、請求項2に記載の排気ガス後処理システム(10)内での複数のフラップ(13)の使用。
