Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るリニアガイド10について、図1~図6を参照しながら説明する。リニアガイド10は、エアシリンダ、電動モータ等の駆動源(図示せず)が配設されるボデイ12と、該駆動源によって往復直線運動せしめられるスライダ18とを含む。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るリニアガイド60について、図7および図8を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態に係るリニアガイド60は、ルブリテーナ62の構造が第1実施形態のルブリテーナ42と異なる。なお、第1実施形態のリニアガイド10と同一の構造には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- ボデイのガイドレールとスライダのガイドレールとの間に複数のボールが配設され、ボール循環路を備えたリターンカバーが前記スライダに取り付けられるリニアガイドであって、多孔質の弾性体からなり前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに摺接するルブリテーナが前記リターンカバーに支持され、潤滑剤が充填される潤滑剤貯留空間が前記ルブリテーナの内側に設けられ、
前記ルブリテーナは多角柱状であり、前記潤滑剤貯留空間は、前記ルブリテーナの軸方向に貫通する円形断面の潤滑剤貯留孔として構成され、
前記ルブリテーナの外側面は、前記リターンカバーに設けられた開口部から前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに向かって突出し、
前記ルブリテーナには、前記潤滑剤貯留孔とその母線で繋がるように形成されるスリットが設けられ、前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに設けられた凸部が前記スリット内に挿入されるリニアガイド。 - ボデイのガイドレールとスライダのガイドレールとの間に複数のボールが配設され、ボール循環路を備えたリターンカバーが前記スライダに取り付けられるリニアガイドであって、多孔質の弾性体からなり前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに摺接するルブリテーナが前記リターンカバーに支持され、潤滑剤が充填される潤滑剤貯留空間が前記ルブリテーナの内側に設けられ、
前記ルブリテーナは、薄膜筒状に成形された部材であるリニアガイド。 - 請求項2記載のリニアガイドにおいて、
前記ルブリテーナの側面には、二つの山部とその間に形成される谷部とが設けられ、前記二つの山部は、前記リターンカバーに設けられた開口部から前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに向かって突出するリニアガイド。 - 請求項3記載のリニアガイドにおいて、
前記ボデイの前記ガイドレールに設けられた凸部が前記谷部に挿入されるリニアガイド。
