Description

エチレン酸コポリマー中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて、60重量%~99重量%のエチレンモノマーおよび1重量%~40重量%の不飽和ジカルボン酸コモノマーの重合反応生成物を含む、エチレン酸コポリマーであって、前記エチレン酸コポリマーが、190℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、0.5g/10分~500g/10分のメルトインデックス(I 2 )を有する、エチレン酸コポリマーと、のブレンドを含む、エアレイド基材。
(2) 前記エアレイド基材が、前記エアレイド基材の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも50重量%のパルプ、好ましくは少なくとも70%重量%のパルプを含む、前記(1)に記載のエアレイド基材。
(3) 前記パルプが、前記二成分繊維に結合される、前記(2)に記載のエアレイド基材。
(4) 前記パルプが、セルロース繊維を含む、前記(2)または前記(3)に記載のエアレイド基材。
(5) 前記第1の領域が、前記二成分繊維のコア領域であり、前記第2の領域が、前記二成分繊維のシース領域であり、前記シース領域が、前記コア領域を取り囲む、前記(1)~4のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(6) 前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域が、二成分繊維の総重量に基づいて、4:1~1:4の重量比を有する、前記(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(7) 前記第1の領域が、前記第1の領域の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも75重量%の前記ポリプロピレンを含む、前記(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(8) 前記第1の領域の前記ポリプロピレンが、少なくとも150℃の溶融温度と、230℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、10g/10分~100g/10分のメルトフローレート(MFR)と、を有する、前記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(9) 前記第2の領域が、
前記第2の領域の総重量に基づいて、60重量%~99重量%のエチレン系ポリマー、好ましくは80重量%~99重量%のエチレン系ポリマーと、
前記第2の領域の総重量に基づいて、1重量%~40重量%のエチレン酸コポリマー、好ましくは1重量%~20重量%のエチレン酸コポリマーと、を含む、前記(1)~(8)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(10) 前記第2の領域における前記エチレン系ポリマーが、0.930g/cm 3 ~0.960g/cm 3 の密度と、190℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、10g/10分~50g/10分のメルトインデックス(I 2 )と、を有する、前記(1)~(9)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(11) 前記エチレン酸コポリマーが、
前記エチレン酸コポリマー中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて、85重量%~99重量%のエチレンモノマーと、
前記エチレン酸コポリマー中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて、1重量%~15重量%の不飽和ジカルボン酸コモノマーと、を含む、前記(1)~(10)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(12) 前記第2の領域における前記エチレン酸コポリマーが、0.930g/cm 3 以上の密度を有する、前記(1)~(11)に記載のエアレイド基材。
(13) 前記第2の領域における前記エチレン酸コポリマーが、0.935g/cm 3 ~0.945g/cm 3 の密度と、190℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、22g/10分~28g/10分のメルトインデックス(I 2 )と、を有する、前記(1)~(12)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(14) 前記エチレン酸コポリマーの前記不飽和ジカルボン酸コモノマーが、マレイン酸モノエチルエステル、無水マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸モノメチルエステル、無水マレイン酸モノプロピルエステル、無水マレイン酸モノブチルエステル、イタコン酸、フマル酸、フマル酸モノエステル、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、前記(1)~(13)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材。
(15) 前記(1)~(14)のいずれかに記載のエアレイド基材を含む吸着物品。
Claims (13)
- 第1の領域および第2の領域を有する少なくとも1つの二成分繊維を含むエアレイド基材であって、
前記第1の領域が、ポリプロピレンを含み、
前記第2の領域が、
0.940g/cm3~0.955g/cm3の密度と、190℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、0.5g/10分~150g/10分のメルトインデックス(I2)とを有する、エチレン系ポリマーと、
エチレン酸コポリマー中のモノマーの総重量に基づいて、60重量%~99重量%のエチレンモノマーおよび1重量%~40重量%の不飽和ジカルボン酸コモノマーの重合反応生成物を含む、エチレン酸コポリマーであって、0.935g/cm 3 ~0.945g/cm 3 の密度と、190℃および2.16kgでASTM D1238により決定される、22g/10分~28g/10分のメルトインデックス(I 2 )を有するエチレン酸コポリマーを含む、エアレイド基材。 - 前記エアレイド基材が、前記エアレイド基材の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも50重量%のパルプを含む、請求項1に記載のエアレイド基材。
