Description
第2発明の硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法は、第1発明において、前記活性炭の添加直後に酸を添加することを特徴とする。
第3発明の硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法、第1または第2発明において、前記活性炭は、薬品賦活法により製造されたものであることを特徴とする。
本発明の一実施形態に係る硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法は、硫砒銅鉱を含む原料を用いて鉄酸化細菌によるバイオリーチングを行い、銅を浸出する。
(実施例1)
まず、銅精鉱を準備した。
MLA分析法により銅精鉱の鉱物組成を分析した結果、硫砒銅鉱が21%含まれることが確認された。また、銅精鉱には、硫砒銅鉱のほか、黄銅鉱、斑銅鉱、輝銅鉱、ゲール鉱、砒四面銅鉱、四面銅鉱、黄鉄鉱が含まれることが確認された。このうち、硫砒銅鉱、砒四面銅鉱、四面銅鉱は、黄銅鉱よりも溶解しにくいことが知られている。ただし、砒四面銅鉱および四面銅鉱は銅精鉱にわずかに含まれているだけである。
植菌をしなかったことを除き、実施例1と同様の手順、条件で試験を行った。
活性炭を添加しなかったことを除き、実施例1と同様の手順、条件で試験を行った。

図1より、実施例1では8日目の銅回収率が71%である。銅精鉱に含まれるCuのうち、難溶解性鉱物である硫砒銅鉱に由来するCuが29%であることから、試験開始から8日で硫砒銅鉱以外の銅鉱物からのCuの浸出がほぼ完了していると考えられる。
Claims (3)
- 硫砒銅鉱を含む原料に活性炭を添加して、鉄酸化細菌によるバイオリーチングを行うにあたり、
前記活性炭の添加量を、浸出液の酸化還元電位が標準水素電極に対して650~700mVとなる期間が浸出期間中に含まれる量とする
ことを特徴とする硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法。 - 前記活性炭の添加直後に酸を添加する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法。 - 前記活性炭は、薬品賦活法により製造されたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の硫砒銅鉱の浸出方法。
