Claims (17)
- 患者における処置中に医療機器の少なくとも1つの作業チャネルの詰まりを解消するためのシステムであって、
前記医療機器の前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る流量を感知するように構成された流量センサと、
前記感知された流量に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内の詰まりの有無を示すチャネル状態を検出し、
前記検出されたチャネル状態が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがあることを示していることに応答して、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへの洗浄流の適用と吸引流の適用とを交互に行い、指定されたまたは調整可能に指定可能な時間間隔によって前記洗浄流の前記適用と前記吸引流の前記適用とを分離して、運動による詰まり粒子の分離を可能にする、
ように構成された制御モジュールと、
を含み、
第1の期間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへ前記洗浄流または前記吸引流の一方を適用した後、所定の移行期間の間、前記洗浄流および前記吸引流の適用を停止して、異なるサイズおよび質量の詰まり粒子が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに沿って異なる距離を移動することを可能にし、これにより前記粒子の分離を促進し、その後、第2の期間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへ前記洗浄流または前記吸引流の他方を適用する、システム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、前記検出されたチャネル状態が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがあることを示している限り、前記洗浄流の前記適用と前記吸引流の前記適用とを交互に行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、第1の調整可能な圧力または第1の調整可能な流量を使用して前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに前記洗浄流を適用するように、かつ第2の調整可能な圧力または第2の調整可能な流量で前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに吸引を適用するように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、第1の指定されたまたは調整可能に指定可能な持続時間の間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに前記洗浄流を適用するように、かつ第2の指定されたまたは調整可能に指定可能な持続時間の間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに吸引を適用するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御モジュールは、
第1の閾値を下回る前記感知された流量の減少に応答して前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがあることを検出し、
第2の閾値を上回る前記感知された流量の増加に応答して前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがないことを検出する、
ように構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムは、前記患者の解剖学的部位での解剖学的環境の圧力を感知するように構成された圧力センサをさらに含み、前記制御モジュールは、
前記患者内の解剖学的部位での解剖学的環境に印加されるべき所望の圧力を受け取り、
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の圧力のレベルに維持するように、前記洗浄流または前記吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整する、
ように構成されている、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムは、前記患者の解剖学的部位での解剖学的環境の圧力を感知するように構成された圧力センサをさらに含み、前記制御モジュールは、
前記洗浄流と前記吸引流との間の相対的な状態を表しかつ前記解剖学的環境に印加されるべき所望の圧力に対応する、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内の所望の流れ条件を受け取り、
前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内の前記所望の流れ条件を維持するように、洗浄流または吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整する、
ように構成されている、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルは吸引チャネルおよび洗浄チャネルを含み、前記制御モジュールは、
前記洗浄チャネルまたは前記吸引チャネルの一方に洗浄源を流体結合して前記洗浄チャネルまたは前記吸引チャネルの前記一方に調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量で前記洗浄流を提供し、
前記洗浄チャネルまたは前記吸引チャネルの他方に吸引源を流体結合して前記洗浄チャネルまたは前記吸引チャネルの前記他方に調整可能な圧力または調整可能な流量で前記吸引流を提供する、
ように構成されている、請求項6または7に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
前記吸引チャネル内に詰まりがあることに応答して、前記吸引チャネルに洗浄流を提供するように前記洗浄源を制御し、
前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力の増加に応答して、前記洗浄チャネルに吸引流を適用して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の圧力のレベルに維持するように前記吸引源を制御し、
前記吸引チャネル内に詰まりがないことに応答して、前記吸引チャネルに吸引流を適用するように前記吸引源を制御し、前記洗浄チャネルに洗浄流を提供するように前記洗浄源を制御する、
ように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御モジュールは、
前記洗浄チャネル内に詰まりがあることに応答して、前記洗浄チャネルに吸引流を適用するように前記吸引源を制御し、
前記解剖学的部位での前記解剖学的環境の前記感知された圧力の減少に応答して、前記吸引チャネルに洗浄流を提供して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の圧力のレベルに維持するように前記洗浄源を制御し、
前記洗浄チャネル内に詰まりがないことに応答して、前記吸引チャネルに吸引流を適用するように前記吸引源を制御し、前記洗浄チャネルに洗浄流を提供するように前記洗浄源を制御する、
ように構成されている、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記所望の圧力は実質的に正味ゼロの圧力であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記増加に応答して、前記洗浄チャネルに吸引流を調整可能な流量で適用して前記感知された圧力の前記増加を実質的に中和するように前記吸引源を制御するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の圧力は実質的に正味ゼロの圧力であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記減少に応答して、前記吸引チャネルに洗浄流を調整可能な流量で提供して前記感知された圧力の前記減少を実質的に中和するように前記洗浄源を制御するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の圧力は陽圧であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記増加に応答して、前記洗浄チャネルに吸引流を調整可能な流量で適用して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の陽圧のレベルに維持するように前記吸引源を制御するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の圧力は陽圧であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記減少に応答して、前記吸引チャネルに洗浄流を調整可能な流量で提供して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の陽圧のレベルに維持するように前記洗浄源を制御するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の圧力は陰圧であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記増加に応答して、前記洗浄チャネルに吸引流を調整可能な流量で適用して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の陰圧のレベルに維持するように前記吸引源を制御するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記所望の圧力は陰圧であり、前記制御モジュールは、前記感知された圧力の前記減少に応答して、前記吸引チャネルに洗浄流を調整可能な流量で提供して前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の陰圧のレベルに維持するように前記洗浄源を制御するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 撮像モジュール、手術モジュール、および洗浄流または吸引流を通過させるように構成された少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを含む内視鏡と、
患者の解剖学的部位での解剖学的環境に印加されるべき所望の圧力をユーザから受け取るように構成されたユーザ入力部と、
前記内視鏡の前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る流量を感知するように構成された流量センサと、
前記解剖学的部位での前記解剖学的環境の圧力を感知するように構成された圧力センサと、
前記感知された流量を使用して、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内の詰まりの有無を示すチャネル状態を検出し、
前記検出されたチャネル状態が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがあることを示していることに応答して、かつ前記検出されたチャネル状態が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネル内に詰まりがあることを示している限り、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへの洗浄流の適用と吸引流の適用とを交互に行い、指定されたまたは調整可能に指定可能な時間間隔によって前記洗浄流の前記適用と前記吸引流の前記適用とを分離して、運動による詰まり粒子の分離を可能にし、
前記感知された圧力を実質的に前記所望の圧力のレベルに維持するように、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルを通る洗浄流または吸引流の1つまたは複数を調整する、
ように構成された制御モジュールと、
を含み、
第1の期間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへ前記洗浄流または前記吸引流の一方を適用した後、所定の移行期間の間、前記洗浄流および前記吸引流の適用を停止して、異なるサイズおよび質量の詰まり粒子が前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルに沿って異なる距離を移動することを可能にし、これにより前記粒子の分離を促進し、その後、第2の期間、前記少なくとも1つの作業チャネルへ前記洗浄流または前記吸引流の他方を適用する、内視鏡手術システム。
