Claims (24)
- 電極組立体が収納部に取り付けられ、外周辺が熱融着によって密封された構造のシーリング部を含む電池ケースと、
前記電極組立体に含まれた電極タブと電気的に接続され、前記シーリング部を通って前記電池ケースの外側に突出している電極リードと、
前記電極リードの上部及び下部の少なくとも一方において、前記シーリング部と前記電極リードとの間に位置するリードフィルムと、を含み、
前記リードフィルムの内部には陥没部が形成されており、
前記陥没部は前記シーリング部を通って延設され、前記リードフィルム内で閉鎖されている、電池セル。 - 前記リードフィルムの陥没部の内面のうちの少なくとも一面を覆う内部層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記内部層の材料は、前記リードフィルムの材料に比べて、融点が高く、電解液と反応しないものである、請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムは、ポリオレフィン系の物質を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記内部層は、ポリオレフィン系、フッ素系、及び多孔性セラミック系のうちの少なくとも一つの物質を含む、請求項2または3に記載の電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムの長さは、前記電極リードの幅よりも長い、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部は、前記電極リード上に位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部は、前記電極リードの端部と前記リードフィルムの端部との間に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムの幅は、前記シーリング部の幅よりも広く、前記電極リードの長さよりも短い、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部の両端部は、それぞれ、前記シーリング部の端部と前記リードフィルムの端部との間に位置する、請求項9に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部は、長方形状である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部は、互いに連結されている一対の第1陥没部及び一対の第2陥没部を含み、
前記第1陥没部は、前記電極リードの突出方向に沿って延設され、
前記第2陥没部は、前記シーリング部の長手方向に沿って延設されている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記リードフィルムは、第1リードフィルム及び第2リードフィルムを含み、
前記第1リードフィルムは、前記電極リードの上部に位置し、
前記第2リードフィルムは、前記電極リードの下部に位置する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記電極リードは、前記第1リードフィルムと前記第2リードフィルムとの間に位置し、前記第1リードフィルムと前記第2リードフィルムとは、互いに連結されている、請求項13に記載の電池セル。
- 前記第1リードフィルム及び前記第2リードフィルムの少なくとも一つに前記陥没部が位置する、請求項13または14に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部の他端部は、前記電池ケースの外側面よりも外側に位置する、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部の一端部は、前記電池ケースの内側面よりも内側に位置する、請求項16に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部が前記電池ケースの外側面よりも外側に位置する面積が、陥没部が電池ケースの内側面よりも内側に位置する面積と同一である、請求項16に記載の電池セル。
- 前記陥没部が前記電池ケースの外側面よりも外側に位置する面積が、陥没部が電池ケースの内側面よりも内側に位置する面積よりも大きい、請求項16に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極リードの突出方向を基準にして、
前記陥没部の前面を囲むリードフィルムの幅(W)が2mm以上である、請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記陥没部の上面を囲むリードフィルムの厚さ(H)が100μm~300μmである、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムのガス透過度が60℃で20バーラー~60バーラーである、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムの水分浸透量が25℃、50%RHで10年の間に0.02g~0.2gである、請求項1から22のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1から23のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルを含む、電池モジュール。
